Absolutely lovely staff, greeted with a smile, optometrist was really kind to my daughter and explained everything perfectly.

I went into Bayfair Mall Specsavers at Mr Maunganui and was assisted by Krystal and Sam. Outstanding customer service and I left very satisifed and my problem sorted. Thank you again you both an asset to Specsavers. Thank you

I went into today to see if I could get a replacement pair of glasses for my mum as she's in a home and unable to visit the shop, I had the old broken pair and was hoping they could check the prescription and order some new ones for her.. I couldn't believe the women working there found the exact same pair (also broken) in a box of old spare frames and was able to use the parts to repair mums glasses. She did it while I waited and I was able to drop them back to mum within half an hour.

I was visiting New Plymouth but had used another Specsavers branch elsewhere in the country. I had a problem with my eye which had become very aggravated. They saw with within a couple of hours and were very friendly and helpful. And then to my surprise they told me I didn't even have to pay! I was amazed. I also had a pair of frames with me, missing a screw, which they proceeded to fix, again free of charge! Much better than my usual optometrist.
