I am above pleased with my experience at this store. I was browsing at the time, the staff were so friendly and upbeat, which made me feel very comfortable, I then decided to make a booking for an eye test. I received my glasses within 2 weeks, I am extremely happy with my entire experience! Kudos to Your Staff at the Palmerston North Store, they are a credit to Your Company. I look forward to seeing You again.

My 4 year old was quite nervous about getting her eyes tested but the staff were incredible! She really enjoyed her eye test and now she has the cutest glasses. Highly recommend the team in Palmy.

It was so lovely to not feel rushed during my exam and choosing frames afterwards. A very calm and relaxed atmosphere!! Jasmine was so lovely and patient with me, she explained my prescription changes in a way I could understand and took the time I needed to help choose the right frames. I won't be going anywhere else now!
