N.I made an appointment for an exam, I have Keretaconus and not been seen by an optometrist for some time. The person I saw explained everything very clearly and listened to what I said as well. The customer service from all of the staff I dealt with was first class and i am very happy with the outcome and the glasses that i have been fitted with.

J.I always get a high-level service with a smile! Optometrist I saw (Corrine) was very professional, gave great advice and very welcoming. I then needed new lenses which was a breeze to resolve. This business is a great asset to Rangiora and our community.
J.I was involved in a car accident and my glasses and my son'e glasses were flung off our faces at the moment of impact....never to be found again. I rely on my glasses 24/7. I went to Rangiora Eye Care with my insurance claim, my son went to another optometrist.
Rangiora Eye Care staff were caring, empathetic and said they wanted to ensure I had replacement glasses asap. And I don't have a straightforward prescription.
Within a week I had my glasses!!!
My son was told his replacement glasses would take 2-3 weeks to arrive where he went for glasses and that another optometrist can take up to 4 weeks!
Unfortunate..... when he relies on his glasses 24/7.

V.Interacted with 5 staff re-testing and new glasses, all were excellent as were the facilities. Even the art work, carpet design and rose garden are top knotch!
