T.Lost a screw where arm connects to frame and lens fell out. Went to Specsavers Rotorua and was greeted by Michaela who quickly identified the problem and invited me to take a seat while she took my glasses to be repaired. Within minutes she was back with the repaired spectacles and advised she had also checked the other screws to ensure they too were secure. Michaela wished me well for the day.and with a bright smiled sent me on my merry way. What a pleasant experience.
A.My first eye check in NZ , very lucky done it in Specsavers ! I got excellent service and professionally treated! Staff here are friendly and helpful ! Thanks Shona guided my eye check made me feel easy ! Ems was so patient during my check . After eye check , I got a professional customization advice from Daryl . Jason was good to talk too . Will recommend friends around to visit again!
A.I was in to have a recheck and choose my new glasses, both clear and sunglasses. My recheck was done by Shona and I had assistance from Daryl picking my glasses. Shona was efficient and respectful. She kept me informed each step of the way. Daryl was very helpful and considerate of my ideas. She offered other considerations close to my ideas and was honest with her opinions. She kept in mind the look I was after and my age. Great service

S.My husband rubbed his monthly contact out after only having it in for a few days and we are down from Whangarei on holiday. He went in to see if he could buy a replacement and the friendly optometrist gave him a trial pack for no charge.

I.A semi reluctant however necessary visit to Specsavers today I was greeted at the door with a smile with all the usual covid precautions yay I passed my 1sr test. A relaxed atmosphere and thorough examinations were completed quickly and easily, staff were bubbly and very informative thank you Racheel for making me feel at ease, taking care of me and answering all my questions you're a star. I would fully recommend anyone with out hesitation to visit Specsavers asap 👏

s.I’ve just been to spacsavers in Rotarua because I accidentally stood on my wife glasses and bent the arms. I was greeted by Stacey. I told her what had happened. K.A few days ago I went for my first eye exam, ever! Nervous and unsure what was gonna happen, I'm sure they could tell. The staff at Specsavers were amazing and very kind. They helped me with everything I needed to know and everything I needed to have. Even had a little laugh about the style of glasses that didn't suit me at all.
