M.WOW - what a great company to deal with. Had an issue with a Bosch Dishwasher during Level 3. Tried a few "local" Mt Albert companies and couldn't get a date for someone to come. Rang Able at 4.00pm. I was advised what the costs would be, how it would be charged and agreed to them ( they were very reasonable, time charged in 15 min intervals). Next day tech was here at 10.00am, sorted issue, he ran the dishwasher to test and advised if there were further issues to call back. Very professional and personable too... 3 days later we have used it 3 times and perfect. The best thing is the Tech had the part in the van so I wasn't charged travel and time to get a part. AWESOME.. So happy - what a great company to deal with.

J.When we built our new home 7 years ago we kitted out with Bosch from Able Appliances. Recently our 23 year old trusty Miele Washing machine and Condenser Dryer gave up the ghost. Back to Able Appliances and the wonderful Joanne ensured we had shiny new Bosch in place promptly. Fantastic service and pricing. An absolute pleasure to do business with. Why would you go anywhere else. There are many businesses out there who could do well to take a leaf out of the Joanne customer care book.
R.Visited able appliances yesterday as i am renovating my kitchen and laundry. I dealt with Anjali and Jo who were extremely helpful and took the stress away and as a result i was able to make a decision on exactly what i wanted. E.E. Robertson. Three years ago I purchased several items from Able Appliances. The salesperson was Joanne, and she did an exceptional job.
When I needed to contact them again re a fault, I was pleasantly surprised to once again deal with Joanne. The service she gave was excellent, and I will continue to recommend Able Appliances to my friends.

A.Joanne is so awesome to work and deal with and she has excellent customer services with prompt communication and deliverance. We got a Bosch fridge from able and it’s going great so far.
If you are ordering any appliances, able is the place to go to first as there was a huge price difference from other places. Not so happy with the delivery as the truck driver was not willing to help carry the fridge to the kitchen and dropped it off at the driveway only. Able needs to change this for heavy appliances. In a a nutshell Thanks heaps again!!
K.I mentioned in passing to Joanne that an appliance I had purchased several years ago had developed a fault, but was now well out of warranty. Otherwise I was very happy with the appliance. Nonplussed, Joanne immediately said she would follow up with manufacturer. Within a week rep visited and remedied the fault for us, no charge. Thanks for the proactive and thoughtful service. Will be back to buy our next appliance from Able Appliances in due time.
C.4 years ago I decided my two Bosch ovens were getting a bit tired and a few parts were showing signs of wear & tear. They were over 25 years old and both were used most days. One was a combination microwave and an oven.
So I wanted to buy Bosch again and our local dealer was Able Appliances. I went ahead and bought the 2 replacement units and the dimensions were slightly different so we had to get a cabinet maker in to make the adjustments and "bingo" - brand new Bosch ovens. That was 4 years ago.
A couple of weeks ago my microwave combo starting making weird "crackling" noises which I knew is not great when dealing with microwaves so a quick call to Able and within a couple of days their service technician arrive ON TIME!!!!
He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem which was not an easy fix. We needed to order the parts with a 3 week wait for delivery. In the meantime the lovely Joanne from their customer support team contacted me as I started considering not paying so much for the repair if I could replace with a brand new unit for slightly more $'s. Joanne provided the quotes on the 3 options she offered. I decided to proceed with the repair. Then Joanne contacts me and informs me that both Able Appliances and Bosch are very proud of their products and they often stand by their products even if the warranty had expired which was my case.
This morning, the lovely Joanne contacts me again to say Bosch have decided to come to the party and will supply the parts and repair free of charge. How amazing!! What a great company and that's why I continue to use & recommend Bosch & Able Appliances if your are looking for new equipment. Thanks Joanne. You are my shining star right now!!!!

Able were the best price all up a year ago when we needed a new dishwasher, and recently after spending a couple of days surfing the web for the best deals on a washer/dryer combo I ended up right back with these guys!
The right price and good advice (I would have chosen a non compatible stacking option kit if not for Joanne's on the spot knowledge) mean they have another happy customer here.
Next time i'll just call Joanne with my needs and not waste time trying to work it all out myself :-)
T.Fantastic quality and service. I've purchased a BOSCH standalone gas cooker & oven, range hood, dishwasher and dryer from the friendly folks at ABLE and have no complaints from the equipment 3 years down the line with daily use. Haven't had to call them once for service or repairs. Will check prices with them first before going elsewhere.

I keep going back to them for buying & servicing, as I've had excellent customer service and love the convenience of the one stop shop for buying & servicing Bosch appliances. K.After having problems with our existing dishwasher, we contacted Able Appliances. They were great to talk to (especially Jo in sales) and even had advice on how to get our dud dishwasher sorted with the previous supplier. We ended up purchasing a new Bosch SuperSilence dishwasher from Able and it's great. Love the extra top cutlery rack which frees up heaps of space in the bottom rack. This isn't a fancy appliance store, just good products and good advice. Highly recommend.

J.A no nonsense organisation. The service techs are on-time, communicative and have the right gear when they show up. The Sales staff know their products and provide a service second to none. If this sounds too glossy, I make no apologies: my dishwasher issues were sorted in days.
G.It's not immediately obvious from their website but they sell mainly b-grade or factory seconds of Bosh and Gaggenau appliances. Quite often this can amount to a tiny scratch or even just a damaged box. We bought a top of the range dishwasher with $1000 discount off RRP simply because it had a small scratch on the side which didn't matter since it was placed under a workbench. Bargain!
