Love our new Eurotech fridge freezer. Service over the phone was fast and friendly with Bryan for payment. Though he didn't manage to email me my receipt for the purchase on Wednesday but Mohammed was able to on Friday :) still, friendly and fast! While I was on the phone with Mohammed, Jason was unpacking and installing the fridge. I was working from home so he was considerate and did a great job without being too noisy. Fast delivery as well. Usually, people have a hard time finding our place but Jason got there fast :) all in all, Bryan, Mohammed and Jason did a great job with our new fridge freezer. Thank you AO!

Raced into Appliance Outlet planning on buying a little under the bench fridge and possibly having to go elsewhere for more appliances that I needed. However... the very helpful Bryan was there and within 10mins (I'm not kidding) I had everything I needed and was already in my car heading home. Very good service. Friendly and time efficient staff. The whole purchasing process was excellent - I ordered on Monday night and it was delivered (to my rural address) on Wednesday! Our delivery driver Jason was excellent, extremely helpful, kept me updated about delivery time and carefully carried our fridge all the way up our steep driveway and steps - saving us heaps of hard work. Could not fault a single aspect of the process! Have already recommended your store to friends and will continue to do so!

After speaking on the phone with Bryan, he helped me find the perfect oven for my rental as stock is limited on the Waikato area. The delivery charges were better than expected and after paying online, I received my tracks and trace confirming the over has been picked up and on its way. Coolant fins on the ice cream maker I purchased was a bit damaged but doesn't seem to affect function. Customer service was great, it was missing some accessories and they delivered new accessories the next day. Delivery was also easy and hassle free, Jason was polite and called to let me know when he was coming and when he was on the property.

Jason was at my place in record time with the fridge I had ordered less than an hour before. He backed up my long driveway, took out my new fridge off the truck and then took away my old one, so that he could install the new one. My father purchased a fridge/freezer from appliance outlet, the experience was not so good for a start as the fridge/freezer didn’t get cold. Appliance Outlet then swapped this out but had delivered the incorrect fridge, so once again swapped them at their cost. The end result was a mistake made but put right, we are very happy with this and Appliance Outlet have done a great job in putting things right. Jason did a great contactless pick up and drop off. Would have no problems buying from appliance outlet in the future.

Called about a specific stock that only had 1 left. I was very well looked after by Bryan who was very thorough, patient and helpful. Would recommend. Have yet to receive product but the customer service side was great.

We went in to Mohammed as we have moved house and needed quite a few appliances. He was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through an area we didn’t have much information in. Prices are great and they deliver. The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is that sadly the first fridge didn’t actually work and it happened to be in the middle of level 4 lockdown. However a call to the store had them organising a contactless delivers of a new fridge and we left the old one outside the front door for them to collect. Everything else works perfectly. Pretty happy with both the service and products overall.

Wow! Great customer care! Easy to purchase online and picked up hassle-free. I got a heat pump tumble dryer at almost half the normal sales price. They had trouble locating our microwave so upgraded us to the bigger model I’d highly recommend them if you’re looking for a bargain and not too fussed about the packaging. Everything was brand new still in its plastic coverings, just the boxes were missing. Well done!! Almost forgot to mention - for a great deal speak to Bryan (b3) his customer service was great

Had to get my coffee machine fixed 4 days before Christmas- no problem Junior diagnosed the issue over the phone, I took it in expecting 2-3 days to fix. Recently bought a Whirlpool 60cm Ceramic cooktop at a great discount price & had it installed. User manual not very user friendly on how to operate the cooktop. A bit disappointed. These guys deserve 10 stars after the way I treated them. I was already unhappy when I arrived in store to pick up a fridge and washing machine my wife bought, so I was basically the customer from Hell. Brian(B3) did an amazing job. He was firm but fair. Whatever you're paying Brian, it's not enough. Brian and the staff went above and beyond and I left a very happy customer. If Brian is ever in Hamilton looking for a job, I'd hire him in a flash.

Went to have a look at a dishwasher and was greeted by a cheery people behind the counter. Bryan was helpful and was not pushy or stalkerish like the sales staff in bigger opposition stores ( take not Harvey). Bryan was that good to deal with i bought a range hood as well.

Walked into the show room 12.40pm looking for a washing machine.... maybe?? Chatted about some of the models. I decided on the 'best bang for my buck', great price and machine. We were at Appliance Outlet about a month ago, and the service we got was amazing! Definitely ask fro Tracy Khoo - she was attentive, helpful and so friendly to deal with. She is new to the job, so when she didn't know something she was quick to go and find out, she's a real asset to their team. And their warehouse manager was great too (sorry we didn't get his name). He saw from our van that we were probably not from Auckland and travelling a distance with our newly purchased items so he did a check for us on our extractor in front of us before we left. I went in to the outlet store in Burswood Saturday 28 June . On of your salesman came straight up to me and asked if I needed any help or what I was looking for very polite and welcoming gentleman I said I am looking for a bread maker, he told me they have none in the store but on Tuesday he is expecting a order. He gave me his card an said to call which I did and he said he has two types in which on am I after I said the cheapest one I ok I will be in the he replied that it has no box I said oh it’s a gift the he said take the other one it is better quality so I said I saw that another dealer has the same one on special at $144 he said he will better that and give me a discount and get it at $129. I went into the store and it was on the counter waiting for me he was so efficient and knowledgeable told me everything I need to know . I was very happy with his performance and manners. Communication and despatch too slow - Unit is fine and as described. Website clearly indicates $60 freight (for a larger unit as mine wasnt on the search output) but was charged $95 without telling me of the extra cost. When this was questioned the only answer was that this is the cost Mainfrieght charge them and all freight costs are under review. Unit had been a shop display model so arrived in alternative box, no instructions or paperwork included. Unit good, service disappointing. I believe this would have been better had I visited the store, remote purchase did not live up to expectation.

Update: Make that 3 small appliances (bought a coffee machine for my office). Worked with both Yan and Bryan and they were great. 1st Review: I’ve purchased 2 small appliances in the last month from Bryan - a mixer and a coffee maker. He has to be one of the most helpful salespeople I’ve worked with and goes the extra mile. When I mentioned the mixer I was purchasing was for my wife’s birthday, he wrapped it with a bow for when we picked it up. When we were looking for a coffee maker, he made a note to contact us when the model we wanted came in. When you combine their great prices with service like this, it ends up being the reason that they are our first stop when we have an appliance need. Thanks heaps!

Bought a new dishwasher - the brand that I wanted and good price. Problem : it didn't fit (lousy measuring by me)! I needed a specific size that Appliance Outlet didn't have in stock - but no problem, Mohammed rang the supplier of the brand I wanted, and got one delivered the SAME DAY! Mohammed was so incredibly helpful! Our fridge broke and he went out of his way to deliver late on a Friday night on what sounded like a long day at work. We're incredibly appreciative. If he hadn't been able to deliver same day, we would've lost a lot of food. He guided us through the different models available and even swapped the one we bought for a nicer one when he realised the original had some superficial damage on it. Would 100% recommend.

I chose Appliance Outlet Auckland because they sell refurbished and display models considerably cheaper than the new price. Communications were excellent. I had email conversations, and photos sent (because I'm in the South Island) which were prompt, helpful and pleasant. I bought a washing machine, however it turned out to be on their computer, but not in the showroom. Jeff found me a suitable alternative very quickly, which I accepted. Within 4 working days, it had arrived at the courier depot, where I had arranged to pick it up. The courier (Fliway) were excellent, and I inspected it before it was loaded. The machine was totally acceptable (yes it had been used and had very minor blemishes on one side... for the price it was in excellent condition), and as far as I can see it works fine (only used it once so far). The only grumble I have is that it is supposed to have bolts inserted for transit, to prevent damage when moving it around. There were no bolts, just holes where they should be.

We had a rocky start with the Appliance Outlet. We had purchased several items from them, and when purchased the salesperson gave us the wrong warranty period for one of the items we bought. It was contentious for a bit, but in the end, the Manager Michael and I struck a middle ground. Fast forward several months later when we finally move into our home and install our appliances. We find that one item, that was brand new, had an error code, so would not work at all. I reached out to them and once again was transferred to Michael. It was an arduous task getting the issue resolved, but in the end the manufacturer replaced the unit thanks to the persistence of Michael. As chaotic as it all was (I had a new baby at the time) Michael made sure we were taken care of, and even offered to send up a temporary appliance until ours was sorted. You KNOW you must be doing something right when the customer's purchase has issues for several months and she STILL raves about the service. I would be hard pressed to purchase from anywhere else. Michael's customer service was second to none!
