M.Amazing service from the call taker to the guy on the ground. We have a restaurant and found the front doors had been damaged over level 4 lockdown and weren't secure. I sent photos, they worked out the issue, costs effecting option and further advice. Job done quickly and a perfect result.

S.Amazing customer service! Was greeted by a friendly guy when I arrived to get my car key cut (tricky job since they have to replicate the chip inside it!) and he managed to get it done in less than 10 minutes - highly recommend, I’ll be coming back for the next job!
J.So the other day my car was damaged and a my Ignition switch was broken into. I called up Armstrong and spoken to Leon.
This man truly showed me what an Exceptional Customer Service one can provide. He did not just give me a price, he instead requested me to send some photos of the car and then educated me about car locks and how mine was unfortunately not repairable.
Therefore, he advised me to get an Ignition switch from Wreckers so he can replace the Ignition switch and reprogram for all doors to still work with the same key. He also gave me an accurate estimate on the phone after seeing those photos and there were no surprises when I paid.
Leon really did go an extra mile to give the best price and service possible. no doubt, I saved quite a bit of money with his advice than to take it to a mechanic. When I took my vehicle, he got to the job straight away and completed it quickly and ensured everything worked the way it should.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and fast service. Leon is an absolute ambassador. would recommend this branch and Leon.

a.We just had a deadbolt installed by Matt from Armstrong in the CBD. Punctual, professional and courteous - Matt did an outstanding job with meticulous 'old school' trade skill - something which you rarely see these days and something we really appreciated seeing in someone of the 'younger' generation. Matt is a great ambassador for Armstrong and for 'tradies' in general who sometimes, these days, are somewhat lacking. We can't fault the value for the quality of service provided.
K.Brought our luggage to this location since we could not open the luggage lock for some reason. Was promptly assured that they could open the lock. After about 10 mins of trying, it would not open. Likely damaged during handling on our flight to Auckland. I told them it will be fine to just cut the lock open and they promptly did. I asked how much and was promptly told it is free. I gave them $10 for the effort. Amazing customer service!
