John was great. Arrived when he said he would. Assessed the problem and gave advice on fixing the appliance appropriate to the age of the washing machine (ie got it going and fixed some issues but advised it wasn't worth spending a lot of money as it wasn't likely to last lots longer - better to spend the money on a new appliance).

I’ve used John a few times in the past 8 years, the 3rd time yesterday, with my blocked drain in my fridge freezer, and every time he’s very punctual , efficient and provides very good professional communication to what the issue is, and is very pleasant to deal with with pretty reasonable rates. He definitely would be at the very top my list of appliance technicians that I would recommend in Auckland 😊

Always prompt or will communicate if there's going to be a change; very knowledgeable about products; works fast; gives great advice; will give lessons on the appliance - often repeatedly if you forget between visits. All around a dream tradesman. Can't recommend highly enough.

John was very efficient in repairing our washing m/c. He quickly diagnosed the fault. He did not have the correct motor module for our model but within two days he was back with the correct one. He also gave us some very helpful hints on using the machine and also our dish washer. A pleasure to deal with someone who knew what he was doing and his charges were also very reasonable. We will certainly refer him to anyone who has faulty F&P whiteware.

Highly recommend! It is refreshing to have someone like John who is the owner attend to sort out an appliance. There was no waiting for hours for someone to show up, he called ahead of time. He didn't do any unnecessary work costing $, and went through a couple of things that could have caused the issue & gave advice. I was recommended Bardo Appliance services when I had a problem with my dish draws. John was at my place within an hour of me phoning. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it onsite. He also gave me a quick lesson on how to avoid the same issue going forward. The cost for his services were incredibly reasonable for the amazing service I received. Would thoroughly recommend Bardo Appliance. John was able to fix our oven on the same day providing a quality service that was also quick and very reasonably priced. He also provided advice and tips on running other appliances in the kitchen which I was very grateful for!

We have used Bardo Appliances for a number of years, to service our Fisher & Paykel fridges, dish washers and washing machines. John Bardo is reliable, honest, knows his stuff and does a great job. He doesn't overcharge, and he tells you great tips to keep your appliances running well. We recommend him to anyone needing to get their F&P appliances fixed.

Called John two days ago and explained problem with oven. He arrived as planned, found the problem, replaced the element and was gone in 20 minutes. Good communication, efficient and reasonably priced. It was nice to be dealing with an owner operator.

What a legend. John gave us a time of between 12 and 1pm. Knocked on the door bang on 12, already had the parts needed and got straight to work fixing our dish drawer. Gave me some tips and tricks for keeping things operating well and was very reasonably priced.

John turned up exactly at the scheduled time, fixed the dryer AND helped with a dishwasher problem the F&P guy could not fix, and charged an incredibly reasonable fee. I only gave him five stars because there was no option to give him six :-)
