Great facility for the public to enjoy. The breakwater is lengthy and makes for a nice walk especially on a hot summer day. At the end are many pontoon areas that are great for fishing. Highly recommended. A++

This place is stunning. Really beautiful. Great place to hangout with friends and family for a fishing day out. Quite a long walk to the bay but plenty of space to cast your line. Highly recommended.

Great place to take the kids fishing for small bait fish. Maybe if you are lucky you might get a snapper big enough to keep. I was lucky enough to catch a stingray. He seemed pretty annoyed about it so we let him go back to his business.

Relaxing time on Sunday afternoon and having good time with friends and looking towards Auckland port

Great little spot with amazing views of Auckland City. Although at night alot of drunks roll down acting up. Also good spot to cast a rod out on a high tide. All in all kts a really nice spot if only drunk people didn't come down and spoil it

One of good fishing spots and very safe with kids but the only advantage is the toilet is far away. There are plenty of parking and it’s free. Plus you can see the harbour bridge as well. I love this place

Good place to go for a walk, accessible by car, bus, ferry and boat.

The marina is nice, it offers great views of auckland city, a good ferry service and a few decent fishing spots. It's only going to get better over the next few years as the council has a couple plans in the works for it. One of of the major downsides is the roads are fairly worn. Especially he free parking public access area but even some of the private marina parking has some big pot holes. Definitely needs some patching

Lovely spot, although driving there via the Main Takapuna roads us nothing short of a nightmare....... and parking on location is worse still....... arrive on a boat or perhaps don't bother......

A beautiful marina and very important ferry connection to Auckland City cbd waterfront. Live abroad your boat safely nestled in the births and work in the city.

The best Marina in Auckland, IMO. I love living there, except it's a LONG waiting list, and it's a bit out of the way if you are driving. Well managed, nice views, and on-par pricewise with other marinas.

A great place to launch your boat. A very relaxing place and it is very nice in the evening.

A fine marina with friendly staff and good security. All it needs is a solid breakwater and it'll be the best marina in Auckland overall. The toilet facilities are good and clean. The best place to liveaboard in Auckland with ferry and bus services to your swim platform. The staff are exceptional and any Marina issues are quickly taken care of. There's a good sound group of liveaboard folk here and no nutcases like some marinas that seem to be more like trailerparks. G

So glad I finally explored around Bayswater Marina... can't wait to come back with my camera for the unobstructed city views

Great location, but the parking machine is always playing up and now only takes cash. The fuel pump pressure is useless and it's a waste of time trying to fill your boat there.

Awesome local facility that promotes recreational marine activity such as: Boating, rowing, fishing, windsurfing, paddle boarding, kite boarding, swimming, biking, walking and petonque.

Another awesome place to visit with your children and fish for the day pretty scenery and a much different look looking back over to the city
