Purnima listens to your needs and makes genuine suggestions to help you decide the best bed for you. She is very lovely to talk to, I purchased a bed and it was delivered to my house 4 days later and so far, I’m very happy with it! I will definitely let my friends and family know to buy their beds from this store 😊
T.Purnima is excellent to deal with, she'd bend over backwards for her customers, she made sure we were happy with our purchase and organised the entire delivery. She even informed us with a solution when our headboard arrived damaged at her shop, all was sorted with in 24hrs before delivery, She can make things happen ! I would definitely recommend this branch as everything is taken care of the minute you place your order, instant communication & updates. They also have a good range and Purnima has the knowledge on what each bed feels and look like. C.We were able to find a perfect mattress after having a back problem from our current mattress. Ms. Purnima was very helpful and efficient when explaining the different types of mattresses. We got confused as to what kind of mattress to buy, but she really helped us to pick a good one for us. You should visit this place, really recommended!
L.Me and My wife took an appointment with the store manager Purnima and we must say we had an exceptional afternoon. We came into get the mattress for our bed and we got what we were looking for because of the exceptional service given by Purnima. She is amazing at what she does. She made sure we were looked after we also made sure that if we have come into the store we get what were there for. Not only did we get our mattress she also informed us about the pillows and she also sold it to us also. Great sales skills great communication skills and overall I will recommend beds4u Onehunga and Purnima as their sales mentor to anyone who wants to have a great deal and services.

I recently purchased a Bed online from the beds 4 u website. it was to accommodate my family from Palmerston North who are coming up to Auckland on good friday to stay during the easter holidays, so it was important that I received it before they arrived.
thanks to Brij at (beds 4 u onehunga ) who took the time to contact customer services to speed up the delivery process. I have now received a confirmation email saying that they will be getting into touch with me to organize delivery on the 30th of march 2021. Awesome!!!
