B.We had a wonderful experience here. We went in and got very personalized attention from the owner who walked us through all the available options without pressuring us to upgrade. When my wife changed her mind the next day, the owner was really helpful in refunding some parts of the purchase and helping us switch some choices. All in all we are really satisfied both with the bed and service.
C.Went to the shop in Newmarket and almost fell over at their entrance as it's been built up in a hump and a slope on the other side.Be careful if you're at all unsteady on your feet .There's no notice or a warning. Also after choosing a mattress ,didn't realise that we wouldn't receive it within a day or 2. Waiting is 2 to 3 weeks. Just a bit disappointed. Mattress looks and feels great. The assistant was very helpful.
