Got Uber eats delivery. The pork banh mi was scrumptious and the perfect ratio of meat vs other ingredients. The loaded fries were a smaller portion for the price but I’m guessing that’s the extra Uber eats charge. They were perfectly cooked fries layered with meat, veg and cheese. So good! Will definitely order again

I was not prepared for how incredibly delicious the food was going to be. The staff were super friendly and could see if never ordered there before, they politely guided me through the menu as I settled on a pork buns. I've never seen staff smile so much, from the counter to the kitchen and it genuinely helped the vibe of the meal too. The meal arrived quickly at the table, and was absolutely divine. The flavours bounced off each other so well, the meat was beautifully cooked and succulent, and there was just the right amount of sauce that made the whole experience something else. My only gripe is it's ruined "other" sandwich chains for me, the bar has been set so high! Highly recommend dining in, takeaway, or even ordering to get it delivered. You won't be disappointed. The chips are always cooked to perfection too.

The rolls and burgers are amazing and well priced! My only beef with this resteraunt is that their sides (specifically fries) are so overpriced that it's hard to have a full meal without paying very high prices. For this reason alone I often find myself passing on a BMK night.

One of the better options on Uber Eats for West Auckland. Not the best Bánh Mì I’ve had but still very good. My only gripe is that the fries were over-seasoned, the salt overload left me uncomfortably thirsty.

Just sat down for the Pork Bun and that first bite blew me away!! So flavourful!! Add to that the awesome atmosphere created by some old school jams and the welcoming staff there, definitely will be back!! Absolutely A+ from me!!

I go here all the time, the staff are super and the food is amazing. Highly recommend if your close by, even if you're not - make the drive, you won't regret it. Highly recommend.

Best lunch spot - super tasty meal which I thoroughly enjoyed! Great happy service with a cool backstory. Proportion was spot on, and balance of the foods was brilliant. Had the chorizo + squid + halloumi salad! Will definitely be back.

We have got food from here countless times now and every time it’s an absolute hit. Being a huge Bahn mi fan, I was skeptical when my partner got home telling me about the mind blowing “bun mee” he had at smoko. I finally caved and tried it one weekend and was pleasantly surprised at this little gem we have hiding away in Henderson. Everything from the food to atmosphere is great, the staff are always friendly and down to earth which I think gives the food good mana, will continue to support this business and highly recommend any fellow Westies and visitors to the area give them a try, you totally won’t regret it. Keep up the good work guys

Tucked away on a corner, didn't know this place existed until a couple of weeks ago. Clean, tidy and spacious inside, outside has a couple of tables. Has a modern casual feel to it. Heaps of parking. This place has really good food, fresh and tasty as. Staff/owner very friendly and accommodating. Recommend you to try it out!

Great little spot super friendly staff, the boys went traditional & I went totally left. Very tasty Bun Mee (Banh mi) I did get order envy over the pork belly, I had "The Islander" loved the gravy, shame the crackling wasn't crispy but that's not the end of the world. We also had the *loaded fries - shared* just one little thing that let this down was the kimchi, which really was just cabbage, we love kimchi so a little disappointed. But if you want fresh delicious sandwiches then you won't be disappointed as they say **Life's Too Short For S#!t Food**

So, I haven’t tried that many a few ban mi in my lifetime but honestly, this vegetarian one tasted so authentic and good I could eat ten of these in one go and still feel great about myself. The bread was crispy and crunchy, yet fluffy on the inside and the fillings of the veggies, tofu and greens tasted so fresh and flavourful and the sauces with it just had me and my mind blown. Ten outta ten recommend, can’t wait to try everything else on the menu.

A little bit hidden behind the gas station. Great for a quick bite. I normally get the salads which are excellent. Service can be a little on the slow side during busy periods, but that is totally to be expected. The ladies there are nice and helpful with slight changes to menu items. Wish I could get out there a little more often.

Not a bad effort with the kiwi-ised versions of the Vietnamese banh mi. Good size for the price and many options to choose so there's something for everyone. Unfortunately, they did run out of the popular Pork one so we got the next best of Chicken and a Juicy Beef. Will need to try another day. Very tasty and good for a quick lunch. Only thing that I felt it lacked was flavour on the meat itself and the pâté. They were seasoned but I'm just partial to a bit more spice, herbs and lemongrass marinade on my protein.

We just bought lunch from this place! The people who works there are very friendly and provide awesome service! It’s our first time visiting the place but we were pleased with the awesome vibes from the staff and they gave us really good recommendations for first timers. Their pork bun sandwich is mouthwatering and probably the best Vietnamese sandwich I have had. Highly recommended this place!

first time customer, tried a fob ban mee today. It was delicious!. Fresh bun, good quality fresh ingreds and tasty! Price point was excellent too. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is lovely, clean and modern. From a picky ex chefs perspective it's a 10/10 from me. I will def be going back to try the rest of the menu!

Nice Kai all around here at BMK. Kiwi style Vietnamese influenced eatery. Having just returned from Sydney, Bahn Mi were a must and available all through out the city which meant lower prices. So coming here was a bit of a shock in terms of what to expect. The food has been great, tacos could have been three or four at least to match the price but the pork belly bun mee had great tenderness to it, I'd buy it again. Could do with some specials! I'd come more often. Definitely my local now.

This is the perfect place to get breakfast, lunch or dinner, with a good healthy variety of foods on the menu and the option to Uber eats if your feeling lazy. Food as definitely a 10/10 and would highly recommend this place to everyone. Has a nice family vibe and seating is very comfortable. Next time your out and about in Henderson Valley, go down and check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Thanks. Had our sons birthday meal here after blasta cars with his friends. The food was fresh and delicious and the teens and parents loved it. The owner was fun and even let the kids choose the music in the restaurant. Great place for a small group.

We love this place. Discovered it not so long along whilst have a stay at home holiday of 1 week - we went twice in that week for lunch. Becoming our go to regular. Food is always fresh and tastes so good - the pork sandwich on Sunday was all it promised to be and more. It's hard to get past number 1 on the menu but we're working our way through.... People that work there are always really friendly and there's a great feeling when you work into the place - bright, light and musical.

I'll give this 4.5 stars. Loved the idea of their sandwich, specially the cilantro. At first i find it a bit off in a sandwich, but to my surprise its the key to each bite. Enjoyed it so much, even their fries. Only comment is the lack of lower seats and table for 2 people, its not an issue though and the coffee machine broke down the time I was there. Overall, this is definitely a place to check out.

Love this place. Everything I've had has been delicious, and the pork belly bao is one of the best burgers you can get in West Auckland. On top of the good food the service is always excellent and really friendly. This is the sort of place you want to keep going back to so the doors stay open because if it shuts you'll be losing something awesome.

If you want a meal that is yum, different and still very much healthy, I recommend BMK! This is like my go to place when I want takeaways that is not fatty, yum and pretty good for the price. I have tried all the buns and my favourite is the pork bunme with loaded fries! Out of the many times I have gone to the place, only 2 times, the food wasn't that great (because I've there so much and had such great quality) I would go there even more if all buns were $10 it might attract more but great service everytime and definitely worth going to!

Very nice and authentic bahn mi. Good flavours. Little pricey but they are gourmet flavours. Took a while to come out even though we were the only ones there. Would be a long wait if it was busy. Very nice overall. Decor is modern and very clean.

I only ever buy the Juicy Chicken Salad and it tastes divine every time. I took a star off because as much as it doesn't put me off enough to not buy it - there is a REAL lack of meat. Especially compared to other takeout salads that i have seen AND the dine in guests eating the same. Its a bummer, because the chicken seriously is "juicy chicken". If there were other places locally that offered something similar and was ok for my keto diet then i would be open to change because of this reason only. The staff are always so polite. And it gets very busy so it can feel like youre waiting forever, i order over the phone in advance to save the waiting.

Really cute place, good banhmi, friendly staff. The baguettes aren't the right kind (soft rather than crispy), but that's because you can't get the right bread here in NZ. They're also not quite as stuffed as a proper banhmi, and you do end up paying a little over the odds for a sandwich. Kind of an odd location (behind a petrol station forecourt) but well worth the visit if you're nearby and looking for a decent banhmi in Auckland!

A group of us dined here at lunch time and amongst us was also a Vietnamese friend who is familiar with traditional banh mi. We all ordered the sandwiches (bun mee, or banh mi) and found the food to be tasty. It was nice to see that the sandwiches had liver pate which is traditionally used to make banh mi. The sandwiches however are rather small in size for the price and unfortunately all of us left the place still feeling hungry (some of us being small eaters too).
