I.Great indoor playground for the kids! There was only two staff, one in kitchen and one on the counter.
Need more staff to monitor the play area, and wipe tables after use.
Q.Our family has visited Chipmunks Manukau 4 times now in the last year, I think. Kids love it. It's not always packed, it's very chill. The food is great. You MUST try the Charlie's Beef Burger!!! It's amaaazing! Plus, the staff are awesome!
B.Rather disappointed the pricing was different from the site. “Adults and under 1s always free” except in red light. So what was meant to be an affordable day out ended up being a lot more than i could afford really but after making the 45 min trip out I didn’t want to let the little ones down. Hippo playground botany was $10 total for us to go to, very similar places.
A.1st time here, with my kid. Nice place for kids to stay and play safely. Ordered something for my lunch, Nachos.
The serving of this nachos, I think made for 2 people. But still I finished it.
p.Playground is good and there was alot my 2 year old could play on but I don't think they have air conditioning and it's extremely hot inside. Other than the staff I was pretty much the only one wearing a mask today
S.Went there on thurs $12.90 for 1 yr old good price good playground went there early so had the playground to ourselves so was easy for my baby to run freely without getting hurt

T.My children loved it here. The price is adequate for what they have to offer. Food is good for children. Best to bring own water bottles save money on purchasing drinks. Playground needs to be more clean or at least have more staff on hand to clean up.
Y.This is the best Chipmunks I've visited. It appears recently refurbished and obviously designed by someone who knows what kids enjoy. There are areas for hanging, spinning bouncing, climbing, fast slides and a massive ball pit. We could have spent hours here if we didn't have a plane to catch.
K.It's good for kids 1 to 10 years old. Coffee is OK, food is good. Expensive on the water and drinks. Tables are little close together, but at least it can fit a lot of parents.
K.This place is a life saver for parents with bored children on rainy days! Kids cost about $15 entry... Pricey. Food and beverage are ok...my flat white was not that great. They could really improve their menu. Cleanliness... Say 6 out of 10. very crowded... I suggest they use a coloured arm band system which restricts the amount time kids/users spend at the venue. This could be done with appropriate pricing as well so families with lots of kids also get to enjoy and it becomes economical. For a place which is about 600 sq meters, it is very noisy. Parking at the venue is horrendous! The kids seem to enjoy in fact they do enjoy and get tired which is always a good thing for parents. I highly recommend a change in the structure of the pricing with the coloured armband system. Lastly the toilet facilities need a major overhaul. They're extremely dirty and very unhygienic.
Z.Had a great experience today for an 8 year old's party. The greeting was friendly and polite , the room was set up ahead of time, table decorations met the Suoerhero theme. Food was great, especially the adult sandwich platter and children's vege platter. We were able to enjoy the space without being hurried. Staff supplied requests promptly and everywhere was very clean. We will be back!

I.Kids love it and thats the main thing. New equipment which makes the kids even more happier. Small thing, their food and drinks prices are quite up there and not that cheap. A frozen slushy drink is like almost $4. Would recommend packing food and drink. Thank you chipmunks.

p.Playgrounds are good and decent quality. The toilets were a bit smelly. At the time only one adult per child was allowed in and we had a birthday on, very annoying but cant help covid restrictions.

F.It’s a lot cleaner than previous years which is great. I like that there are staff in and out of the play area cleaning and also asking politely for people to take shoes off(keeps up with the cleanliness 👍). Good to see a effort towards improvement. I would say the price is good for under 3s considering the amount of things they can play on 👍. Just the food is really expensive (for the price of the food I would just expect better quality), otherwise if we were paying less for the food quality we got, I would of given them 5 stars. Over all - good fun for the toddlers.
R.Love the new renovations! My 4yr old and 1yr (and even my husband) had a great time. 2hrs flew by like nothing.
All of the playgrounds are really fun for each age group 👌👌 and most importantly it's clean 😄
Note: Just remember to bring socks for your kids otherwise they cannot play.
U.Amazing little indoor amusement/inflatable playground for children. Great foods & snacks available as well & has decent size facility for the children to play & have lots of fun.
T.Good selection of indoor sensory play activities, reasonable food. Can get pretty busy at peak times.

A.Really clean, bright and well thought out indoor playground. Great space for under 5's, so they dont feel like they are getting the raw end of the deal. The over 5 space is fantastic. Big open (high up) doors and fans keep it nice and cool. Other locations need to work to this standard.
R.Great indoor playground. Probably one of the best Inhave visited. My kids loved it and want to return. Its not from the main road where the entrance is, you should put a sign at the back so people know they have to drive around the corner. Also didnt like that I could not take food in I made for the kids lunch. Otherwise great experience, very tidy and new gear. Cool fun stuff.
A.I wish I could have given 10/10. Best kids party we ever had. They have organised kids party of 12 kids and 20 adults in such a superb way, words not enough. All staff were really helpful and very friendly. I chosen “Party Bonanza” and it went beyond my expectations, even food was too yum. Thank you for making my daughter day special. “Chipmunks-Manukau” rock. I would recommend to everyone. Five 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for your service.
R.Great place for the kids. Just the food is expensive and the fancy bread they use as burger buns is toasted rock hard! The kids couldn't eat it cos it was hurting their teeth. Pizza was tasteless. The drinks and the coffee have more flavor than the food.
C.The newly renovated playground is awesome and great for under 5's. Great for a rainy day or any day really. We went quite early to miss the crowd. Gets busy by 12pm

M.Went to Chipmunks Manukau for a 3rd birthday party. I've been to a few other Chipmunks in the past and been left disappointed for many different reasons, so didn't really have high expectations for today. I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were great. The site was clean and well organized. The food at the party was better than I expected and the kids all had a great time. I will be taking my son back and we are considering having his next birthday there as well. Well done Manukau Chipmunks.
S.Looks to be under new management and the playground has been revamped with the whole area rearranged.
The large blow up slide is now hidden behind the preschool playground so is easily missed if you dont look over the whole venue.
The preschool zone is more extensive that before with a good range of equipment available within a secured gate area.
The older kid zones have a couple of new features, electronic game zones in addition to the full height playground. The slide that is part of this zone is very fast, children are stopped from zooming into the dining are by a fence at the end.
The seating zone has been extended also with large numbers of tables and chairs available- it was busy when we were there - and lots of empty seating areas.
The menu was extensive, a bit pricey for some things - the pizzas are made to order on site which was good - menu wise, there is something for everyone and the coffee was Devine!
T.Love to go there. Last Saturday I was there with my family. We enjoyed so much. And it's safe for the kids to play around. But still remember parents have to keep an eye's on there kids at all times.
J.Quite echoey and loud with high ceilings, not good for under 1s. I was hoping for swings like at Pakuranga but nothing much. Common areas were clean, bathrooms as expected, messy. I'm glad we went in free because I would have been much more disappointed if we paid. Best for kids 4 and up.

r.Had my daughter 5th birthday Saturday 9th March, all went well excluding the food some of my kids got 5 hot chips in their lunch packs, some were 3 quarter full no consistency in their food. Management needs to keep an close eye on the kitchen staff. No good kitchen staff.

A.It's slightly bigger than the Pakuranga Chipmunks but looks much the same. Lots of things to climb on and the kids will have a great time. Parking is a squashed nightmare with three seperate entrances that aren't linked so if you can't find a park you have no space to turn around and will have to back out. Food is of course overpriced.
K.Great place to take the kids. Chairs aren't the best. Needs a bit of a do-up in some areas.
S.It's very fun. All the kids there were happy and joyful, the only problem is they dont bother about the age limit for the play grounds. Otherwise its great

I.Chipmunks is a great place for kids. I really enjoyed the positive environment that Chipmunks provide for kids and for adults whether is during or after hours. Definitely would love to return for any kind of event.
A.You guys need more staff on, you have minimal staff running around like headless chooks, especially in the weekends when people are booking out for parties and there's noone at all patrolling the playgrounds and making sure rules are followed. Other than that staff were amazing today.

V.Badly in need of repair and maintenance. Looks like it's been abandoned for years and the customers broke in to the place.
EDIT: I took a chance and re-visited Chipmunks Manukau today. I have to give full credit to the new owners if that's what's happened there. The difference between today and the last visit is 1000%. It definitely shows that somebody finally decided to invest in the place. About the only negative comment I'd made now is their policy about not allowing outside food in but that's common everywhere now and I can understand why.
I would definitely recommend the place now. Just a pity it's only for up to 11 year olds as our 12 year old has missed out on the new place.
T.Staff is great with kids. My son loves this place. Also he can stay by himself for 3 hours which is grate for both of us sometimes.
