S.Easy and friendly . Been there 3 times with a friend,getting an appointment was not an issue,once you have all your papers/documents organized it’s very easy to get your job done. Had seen people coming messed up with their papers and trying to fill up forms etc ,those who may have a different say but for us it’s been done quite well..

M.We went today to get our POA attested. Yasmin from the front desk was so helpful. We didn't have the necessary photos & didn't fill in the Consulate form. She kindly suggested where we could get our instant photo taken, waited patiently till we returned & filled the form & she then completed our job. It was almost closing time & she could well have turned us away. Thank you Indian Consulate for recruiting such an efficient & accommodating staff.

The lady at the front desk sorting out all the papers and crowd is absolutely amazing! I’m not sure how she manages to multitask the way she does with all the questions and request being thrown her way. And she still has a smile because she knows she’s added great value, she deserves a raise!
