My name is Jason Elmes. I own a company called Big J's Takeaways. We approached the Business Refinery for a revamp of an old and tired website that we had been using for a long time. Wow, did they do a great job!! From the onset, we were asked what we wanted from a website, who we wanted to capture in our marketing and what we wanted our site to achieve. They involved us in all decision making and listened to everything we wanted from our site. The team were professional and went above and beyond to achieve our goal. M. C.I am a online personal trainer with my own fitness app. I have my own website and was considering doing some radio or digital marketing. I have always found marketing myself really hard and I hated doing it, because I had no idea what I was doing! I asked a FB business group their thoughts and Azriel of Business Refinery commented on my post. He pointed out to me that before I should consider advertising I should make sure my website is working correctly and my SEO is set up to reach my target audience. I was very hesitant at first as I didn't know Azriel and I was scared of getting scammed. He phoned me and we talked for about an hour going over things that my website needed and what he could do to fix it and then sent me a quote. I still was unsure. So he gave me the name and website of one of his clients to talk about their experience. That was all I needed. They reassured me that Azriel had been brilliant and that he had delivered what he promised. So I decided to put my faith in Azriel and I have not been disappointed. I have engaged Azriel to do my SEO on my website and clean up the photos on my website so it looks professional. If he need me to write some content he would tell me what "search words" I need to use. Also offering help if I was struggling. However, he and Marina his assistant made it so clear what I needed to do that it made it easy. Azriel is now doing my Google Ads. The process for the Google Ads has been easy for me. I really like how every month Azriel will do a zoom call to go over my website SEO and the changes that he has made and the results from those changes. He explains everything. I have total trust in Azriel and his team and would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs help with SEO, website work and Google Ads.
K.I initially went to a different website company. I thought they would do a good job as they mentioned in their website, but ended up with a very poor outcome wasting 7 months of our time. I then approached Azriel and the team at business Refinery. Azriel has been very helpful and given accurate details and timelines. He did the website on WordPress and did the SEO too. It took only few weeks to get it completed. I am very happy with the outcome. He had also suggested other changes to our business on how it appears on Google. I look forward to working with them for our next step with Google advertisements. It's been a pleasure working with him.
D. E.Business Refinery offered a customised solution using Microsoft Project integrated with SharePoint, to make the software available to other Dingwall Trust staff. This gave the team a way to share limited aspects of projects. It also meant team members could update the project plan via SharePoint, while at the same time updating the MS Project Plan. Business Refinery was extremely professional, organised and informative during the implementation, providing electronic end-to-end instructions and guidelines. I was impressed with the service Business Refinery and its team provided.
