Really really good service. Part was easy to find and order, fast trouble free delivery, instructions very clear and the part fitted perfectly. It's an older Dyson Stick no longer supported by Dyson - got it going again for $29.95 instead of having to buy a new one. Perfect!!!

After five years of service, my V6 Dyson needed some attention. One of the parts to change was the brush for the motorhead. The only place in Auckland where I found the genuine part was Mandit. Dyson NZ offered only the complete motorhead. I'm a guy who usually makes all repairs himself. Moreover, we need to take care of the environment and be responsible consumers! Why change the whole motorhead if only brush wore? We all know how annoying it is to order something and then wait for a few days when that passionless system processes your order. The different thing when owners run their business themselves! Mandit is that rare nowadays example of excellence! Same day delivery, the same as described, friendly communications! We all are missing that! Thanks, Mandit! I strongly recommend these guys without reservation. They have passion for what they do.

Not long after a service our vacuum cleaner ( which we had owned for many years), through no fault of Keith, wouldn't start. We spoke with Keith as to whether it was worth fixing. He said he would take a look at it. He did more than that. He put in a replacement motor, and despite our request for an invoice, did so without charging for it. Keith and Denise are great, I bought a bin replacement of for my Dyson and while it arrived. my son managed to break the wand of the vacuum so I went with all of it, planning to swap my new bin for a new wand instead, at least until I get the cash for the bin again. But they sort me out with an amazing deal. So happy customer went away with the Dyson up and running like new.

I spent a number of hours on the phone with Dyson about a spare part for our DC23 Motorhead, then searched the internet high and low, finally coming across the Mendit website and shop in NZ, who listed the part we needed, however l could shop on their website but could not ship to Australia. So we sent an email to them, Denise responded quickly pointing us in the right direction and how to acquire the part needed, pay and have it shipped. 7 days later our trusty old machine is back on the job catching up our cleaning duties. Came here for a Dyson repair because I wasn't happy with the options presented to me by Dyson. The customer service was fantastic and the repair work was done to a great standard and in a much shorter time than Dyson offered aswell. They're super knowledgeable about all things Dyson, you'd be surprised at what big problems they can fix with a quick, easy (and often cheaper than expected) solution. Keith even carried my vacuum cleaner out to my car for me. I highly recommended this great family business.

Highly recommended. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a machine from here a year ago and I love it. It builds a lot of trust when you take your machine in for it's yearly service and after a check he tells you it is fine when you were happy to pay for one. He has a loyal customer now. If you are unsure about the payment options like me, they are completely legit and if you call Dyson they will happily sell you a brand new one for $800.00+ and tell you these parts are not available.... 5Star

I think @dyson you guys should take note of how customer service should be. Not just peddling new machines for a customer who is looking for a part worth less than $50. Dyson tried selling/ upgrading me to a new machine worth $799 with a 25% discount because they stopped selling this machine and no longer manufacture parts. This is just cheap trying to sell a new machine by wedging the customer in a corner. Mendit are exceptional and this is just underselling them. They are NOT ALL selling new machines and are very very helpful. Good going guys keep it up few of the good guys.

Ordered a new motor and motor filter on Saturday. It arrived on Tuesday morning. I wasn't able to check the items until I got home at 5pm and unfortunately found the Motor filter was damaged. Rang the shop and within half an hour I had an email confirmation that a replacement one had been dispatched. This is the 2nd ( Possibly 3rd ) time I have bought replacement Dyson parts form this place and each time the goods were delivered to our Palmerston North address within 2 days. Following failure of a 6yr old Dyson appliance we contacted an agent who advised we would need to leave the appliance at the workshop, pay an initial inspection fee then wait about 3 days for an initial repair estimate. We then found Keith and arranged an appointment that same day. Keith immediately identified the problem and 10mins later we were on our way with our fully active appliance, no service charge, just the cost of a minor replacement part. Great service Keith.
