Best decision of 2018! Alden was awesome and very professional. It has definitely paid for itself already and we only signed 2 months ago! We were looking at hiring a HR person in house for our team of 16 people as we're going through a growth phase......what a waste of money/space that would have been and not to mention about 400% more expensive than Employsure. Now, we have an entire organisation backing us with a full team of lawyers too. The team are so quick to pick up the phone and if they are busy.... they actually call you back. Compassion, high quality service, value, professionalism, helpfulness, responsiveness. Being a hard working business owner or manager is a good thing but only if you are working on the right stuff. employsure have taken a lot of the guess work out of HR. That makes my hard work in HR effective (which is far different story to how it was before - lying awake all night worrying about things in case they come back to bite). It seems sometimes (especially with employment law) that even a perfectly nice person can still be held liable for something they never dreamed they could be held liable for. An employee? Yeah... (apparently), not so much... Take this example... do you have a clause in your employment contracts that protects your interests when an employee sends in someone else to work on their behalf for the day? As ridiculous as it sounds, this very situation has been a problem to employers before. Sure, even with employsure it's still compliance. Sure, it's still onerous work. Sure, it still costs money. But if the shortest distance between two points is a straight line then employsure must be one of the most efficient ways to handle HR. The bottom-line is this must be the cheapest way to handle it.
