Fantastic service, waited till I traveled to Auckland to just use them, and will definitely see them again when I need some help with bmw programming and keys etc. Great shop.

My Mercedes smart key died, and this business made me a new key in 24 hours (instead of having to wait a week for Merc dealer to get one from Australia), and at half the price. I did have a little problem with it months later, I had the smart key sent to Express Keys by courier mail from the Coromandel, and got a new key by courier mail the next morning, no questions asked, not charged a cent. Great service, highly recommended!

My 2013 BMW X5 fresh import from Japan , when I got the car, cluster have fault code let me add Adblue ,other wise only can drive 500km.Bring the car to Auckland city BMW Mt wellington , they let me looking for express key ltd , they said in NZ only express key can repair that. I take the car to express key, first of all , the workshop in back of the 930 great south road. when you arrived here , you can see too many European car park in front of workshop , its like a car show ....G-wagon , Maserati GT ,Ghibli , land rover , even have one Ferrari California ...... let me feel too much confidence from this workshop . and then one of technician I think his name is Daniel bring the computer scan the car and explain to me everything about my car , he give me quotation , everything was follow the step . actually i don't care about how much i need to spend , i just want to find out a correct workshop fix my first car in my life. i leave the car with them , after 2 days one of the staff called me the name should be Michael , let me pick up the car is ready , when i arrive workshop , they not only repaired the car also they conversion NZ navi and NZ radio for me for free . i am really feel great about express key

Thanks express keys. I washed remote in washing machine it stopped working.Took it to express keys. Took 10 mins or so guy their got it working and didn't charge me. So nice thanks express keys Merry Christmas.

A company that can duplicate smart option keys for European cars at low cost. However, there are disadvantages that it takes too long, and some models do not have all of the smart options available.
