T.Freight Plus were super helpful for me and my family when we arrived back to NZ recently. We had far too much luggage to fly or drive from Auckland to Wellington having lived overseas for many years. I called multiple freight companies to enquire about collecting our luggage from MIQ and shipping it to Wellington. C.A fortnight ago I rang countless freight companies to get 2 outdoor chairs from Auckland to Nelson. Either no one could do it or they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for their service.
I then contacted Freight Plus. The chairs were collected last Friday and delivered this morning so it took only 5 working days.
All staff I have had contact with have been polite, knowledgeable and they had excellent follow through. Contact was even made with me over a long weekend.
I wanted to thank your company and staff for arranging what was a small job so efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

From the very 1st email I sent, the team were extremely helpful and super efficient at responding to all my questions.
We were let down at the last minute, by another freight company who had offered to sponsor trauma packs, to the children affected by the floods in Westport. Freight Plus were only too happy to jump in and help us out.
Although to Freight Plus this is all part of the job, I really want to let the team know, that because you came to our rescue, there will be at least another 100 children who will have something to comfort them, when they may have lost all of their possessions and treasures, when the floods destroyed their homes.
I was super impressed with how quickly they got to Nelson once they were picked up from Taranaki, but the fantastic service didn't stop there! It was due to rain in Nelson when they were being delivered, and we were worried they would get ruined.
Freight Plus came to the rescue again and delivered them later when our Coordinator was home from work.
I know for your team, this is probably the usual way you conduct business, but I really think you all deserve the thanks. If I could shout you all morning tea, I would.

J.This company is amazing. Communication is great. Delivery time is incredible and the freight prices are so reasonable, I think the cheapest in the country. I had a washing machine sent from Auckland to Invercargill and it was here less than 4 days, delivered to my door, almost faster than some of the couriers I have used for small products. a.Under-promised and over-delivered - my tricky parcel arrived seamlessly, and I was able to track it all the way. Setting up was very easy - dealt with real people talking sensibly about packaging, pickup from a rural location and logisitics. Auckland to Dunedin, no problem! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I called the freight yard on Friday the 23rd to find out if they had arrived I picked them up on the 24th and received a phone call on Tuesday 4th of May to find out if I had received them, so communication could have been better at this end. In saying that the guys at the depot where great happy and friendly and helpful and the item was in perfect condition so very happy.

S.My experience with Freight Plus was actually very complex I won a Trade Me Auction I needed a 2 Seater Couch picked up from a private address in Lower Hutt and taken to a Depot also in Lower Hutt we have been looking for a matching one for our family room to match the furniture in the lounge and brought to Auckland I googled Freight Companies going between Auckland and Wellington I got onto Freight Plus and got a good price from Rems the money was payed and my couch was collected taken to Lower Hutt Depot wrapped put on a pallet sent to Auckland and finally delivered to my home in Henderson Auckland with the driver calling me to let me no he was on his way and a Absolute Gentleman he was TO, the communication from Rems at Freight Plus thru every stage was Absolutely Outstanding AAA+ I thoroughly Recommend Freight Plus and Rems and alll the Team were Professional all along the way if I need anything of size Freighted in future Freight Plus will be my Go To Company Thanks Again for a fantastic service cheers and have a Cracker Christmas
