Pretty cool walk, sharing paths with cyclists and kids…there’s a dog park area where they can run off leash and the loop ends on a nice market area where the Ferry is

Awesome place for a relaxing walk. Plenty of parking available on weekends, with a great bar and restaurant nearby. Great views of the surrounding harbour and old air hangar. New developments can be seen everywhere around this area, there is also a ferry service as well, including a nearby park.

Excellent place to walk with a lot of beautiful sights... friendly people, but not very challenging in terms of difficulty. Sunsets are amazing.

It's a beautiful walk along the marshy coastline. There path is largely paved and there is little elevation, so it's a very beginner level walk. At the carpark, the old airfield has been renovated with many cafes and restaurants. It's a lovely look with the plane hangars completely made over.

Hobsonville has a really nice boardwalk around their waterfront, it has nice views of the boats and bridge, also there is some interesting architecture in the area from modern to early 1900s style.

Great area for walking or biking! The fairy houses in the trees are gorgeous. Real fruit ice cream truck sometimes up by the supermarket is awesome.

great walk way but most people dont like bikes on it and they all walk in the middle.so if you bike just watch out.

Nicely built trail around Hobby Point, great family ride with little kids.

Wonderful place to venture. Tranquil & great place to walk.

Well constructed, safe coastal walkway that takes you on a great tour of coast line and historical points of interest. Good to see plenty of dog walkers. Definitely a good walk for dogs. Most of it is also safe for young kids to walk freely without too much risk of falling off or into the water.

Fabulous walk through native bush and around a beautiful coastline. Harbour and a pier/jetty to explore. Loads of wildlife including rabbits, tui's, ducks, geese etc. Perfect for families as pathway is wide and safe from traffic. There is a cool flying fox up in the bush for the more adventurous children. Seats to relax every now and then just to enjoy the views.

It is a nice walkway but the signs could be a bit more clear. There is nothing to point how to get back to your starting point which makes it really confusing. After a certain point in the walkway to go into areas where there is nothing scenic except the view of houses under construction. You essentially lose track after that and the only way to get back to your starting point is to retrace your steps.

Awesome walkway with beautiful views and many seats to sit down and relax. Also, if you have pets bring along, very dog friendly area!

Quite calm spacy place with good views, wide tracks and a mass of native plants, include mangroves. Unfortunately, some irresponsible people drop rubbish into the bushes. Also, it would be nice to have some rubbish bins, toilets and benches around.

The Hobsonville Point Coastal Walkway is a 5km walkway that forms a circuit around two thirds of the Hobsonville Point site and features opportunities for play, integrated art, resting places, and visual reminders of the area’s history. It is designed to make the most of the coast for residents and visitors, and the majority of the walkway hugs the coastal edge. In order to form a loop there is also an inland section which crosses the site at Hobsonville Point Park.It provides residents and visitors with a wide, walkable path from which they can enjoy a diverse range of sights and experiences, including:close to the harbour amongst native bush,up high in the treetops on a waterfront promenade connected to the area’s history part of the community. Hobsonville point Coastal Walkway provide a range of experiences to people of every age can enjoy, including art, cultural and heritage features and play opportunities. The south and eastern half will feel wide and open with expansive views of the harbour whereas the north and western half will be narrower and have the character of an elevated bushwalk with framed views through

Pretty awesome views,lovely boardwalk over the edge of the harbour, great to walk or scooter. Great cafes at the wharf end, a great playground near the other.

Awesome comunity asset, It’s an easy 5km walkway that is accessible from multiple locations with close proximity to the Catalina caffe and Fabric on the start of the boardwalk section.
