It was an awesome haircut done by a Korean woman Sorry I forgot her name but she is so sweet she gave me shampoo and conditioner as well on my hair. Funnily, she said now less shampoo less conditioner less water 😂😉 Thank you to the Just Cut for the nice service at a reasonable price.

I've been lucky to have good hairdressers to cut my hair. They are polite, professionals, good head massage, suggest tips and products to look after my hair. The best part, is very affordable!

Lekha has done an amazing job with my hair. She was very polite and friendly. She asked me first about how I wanted my haircut to be. Carefully retained the length of my hair as I asked for it. Added some good face framing layers. On whole , totally loved it.

Just had the best haircut I've ever gotten! Ringi dealt with my curly hair perfectly. She was constantly asking me what I wanted and even got me to touch and play with my hair to give my the perfect fringe. Hands down going back every time. THANK YOU!

The team here are extremely polite, friendly and most importantly welcoming! It was my first time visiting this branch and was not disappointed. Despite only going in for a trim, I reckon I had received the best service ever. Ringi did the trim for me and she was the sweetest as well as professional lady. Throughout the trim, we had our laughs and she managed to do an amazing job with with my hair. Ringi had also kindly asked me every now and then during the trim if I was satisfied and taking my opinions into consideration ensuring I gain what length/style I was after. What a wonderful experience I had today. When I went into the salon, there was a 30 minute wait. They booked me in and alerted me by phone and text that my appointment time was coming up. This allowed me to go and do shopping which prevented a sit and wait time. I arrived and was served by Lekha and what a blessing she was, she has the best customer service, and cut and styling techniques, she cuts your hair so well! Thanks Lekha! Today I had the amazing Korena who saved my hair and took a lot of time and effort to give me a beautiful wash and dry off along with teaching me how to properly use my shampoos!! I came in to the just cuts st lukes to have a haircut I'd had done at the northwest store recut. The cut I'd previously gotten was uneven and had chunks missing. I really appreciated Natheta at st lukes recutting my hair. She was so kind and attentive and I could see the care she'd put into restyling the cut I'd gotten, and her awesome skills as a stylist. Korena my hairdresser is amazing. It’s my first time at Just Cuts and to be honest when I walked in I didn’t know what haircut or style I was looking for but Korena helped me understand my hair and did perfect job also helped me with tips to look after my hair. Got there at around 9:30am and had to wait for about 30 minutes so I just wandered around the shops and the receptionist (who was really nice) sent me a text message to return. Today, Cham cut my hair. I have long straight hair and wanted to cut about 3 inches off the end so that it became shoulder length with some long layers all around and some layers to frame my face. He did exactly as I wanted and didn’t take long cutting it. For NZD30 I thought it was very good value. Recommend.

I go here because of the good price, but sometimes I need to go back in and cut off pieces that have been missed. Some hair dressers will also try to sell you products you don't need. You do get generally acceptable haircuts here, though.
