J.What an interesting place! It is filled to the brim with interesting antiques, curios, and knickknacks.
They have opened another store across the road which has better/more parking and which is also filled with awesome tidbits.
Most of the items are quite expensive. The rows are very narrow, which makes it difficult to move, especially if there are other people. To me it became a bit claustrophobic and overwhelming, and I couldn't fully appreciate everything.
It's still absolutely worth the effort to see some great things
N.I've been always eyeing this place and had never the chance to visit . Today we did and it was wonderful.So unique... unlike other antique shops we've been to. There was something to this shop that made it actually feel as though we entered into the past when we were sifting thru the countless displays. The prices are obviously high but I would think that these products are justly priced for their good condition and authenticity. Ray has a warm and welcoming personality too. At one point I actually mistook him for one of the many statues displayed in the shop☺. I will visit again and encourage others too.
J.Really liked the place. Spread over 2 sites, real Aladdin's cave with something for everyone here and prices to suit all pockets. Also liked the signs pointing out that some of the items relate to specific times and society notes and ask people to understand that rather than be offended, great stance to take. Will be going back again.
M.One of Auckland's best hidden treasures. Amazing stuff at great prices. Lots of quirky ex movie/ TV set gear. The owner and staff are lovely, they even let my kids pick some of their plums off the tree.
N.Most FABULOUS trip down memories lane. Full of nostalgia and quality items.
You just never know what you will find.

T.Jammed packed with interesting antiques though can be challenging to move around when busy. Plenty of street parking across the road. Found service to be friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely worth a visit 😀

T.This is positively one of the most unusual collections of items you will find anywhere in NZ! I had so many wow moments that I ran out of responses after a few mins. Definitely worth a visit if your into the unusual or collectable items. Check it out!
H.Antique shop with a huge variety. People are nice while the pricing is usually high. I'm not sure if his shop can support itself. It is intents to take a look tho.

S.Very cool and quirky shop. Ray and the team are awesome and over the years of coming here have come to know the stuff we like. Yes some of the items are odd ball and from an era much different from today. But these items are clearly labelled and to forget our past is to make the same mistake in the future. However the vast majority of stuff is, as the shop(s) name implies, just plane interesting. Well worth a visit and well worth revisiting as new items are always appearing. Recommend.

No matter what you are looking for, you will surely find something you like and many 'conversation' pieces - a true hidden gem in West Auckland

So much to see in such a small space, so visit when you can take your time, like at a museum.
It's like you need to take a step, then basically look everywhere, (up, down, behind you, and in front).
Then take another step and do the same :)
The owner is a lovely old bloke too.

L.Glass cabinet of gollywogs and other culturally offensive objects was shocking and disappointing. Would be very easy to take these out of the shop to create a more welcoming atmosphere for all. The note explaining that the objects are not racist makes it worse.

R.Just plane interesting is an antique shop that always has something different a bit of everything last time I was there they had a very nice vintage / classic motor cycle it was a British one I think it's a bsa should have taken a picture eney way lots of cool stuff there I definitely recommend checking it out parking is good even if u don't buy anything you will still be happy to have visited

J.So many Awesome things! Amazing collections of Almost anything from WW1 to movie props! Classic beautiful crystal ware! Random Ole skool toys & Cool books! A Kiwiana Special corner.An endless supply of Pretty/Interesting/Intricate detailed/Huge/Medium/Small & Teeny Lamps & Lamp shades. One of the biggest range of records,C.ds & Cassette tapes! I could go on & on! Love this place!
T.Love love love this place. Its like a museum but you can buy anything you want. The place is a little dusty so remember to bring a tissue or handkerchief! Staff are friendly and helpful when you want to have a look at something behind a cabinet. Will say that some things do look overpriced but maybe that's just me because I'm no expert. Overall it's just a great little shop and I would pleasantly like to visit it again :)
K.This was my first time in many years popping in to a shop that has Antiques and Collectibles.
Well I was so surprised just how much stuff they had in that shop, and I can't begin to describe the different things I saw.
The owner was a very nice person, genuine, not pushy at all, just let us know he was there if we needed him. My friend loves these shops and I can see why now, if I didn't have another place to be I could of spent hours in there, it was truly an eye opener for me.
Great place to surprise yourself, well done.

j.Amazing amount of range, great customer service and very very helpful staff. I have left my name with them so they can contact me if they find what I'm after and they are happy to help. I would highly recommend having a look you never know what will catch your eye.
C.Ehat a grest place for antiques and collectibles. So many items, all well displayed. I believe that their other shop, opposite, has re-opened. I've no doubt that Ray has many items of interest at tgst brsnch also.
G.If you love antiques than this is the place to come too also across the road is their other shop great things to see specially if you remember thungs from your past and you see them in either of these 2 shops beautiful memories for myself

A.This place is like a museum where everything is for sale, a totally fun browsing experience. Due to the delicacy of some of the stock, I would strongly warn against taking ANY children in there. Its not a Man Cave, its WAY more than that, it's a complete trip back in history and eras. I absolutely loved it, and bought nothing.
C.What an amazing...and interesting place...can spend a good amount of time here browsing! Only disappointment for me was they didn't have paywave so I couldn't purchase what I wanted but also means I get to go back again!

L.If you are into antiques, curios and collectibles, this is the destination store to visit. They have all sorts of wonderful and sometimes unusual items for sale here. If you're renovating a period home, you can absolutely find all sorts of original treasures like light fittings, cupboard knobs, furniture and even old working radios and telephones. There are actually two stores, one on the main road and the other across the road next to the winery. The owner is very knowledgeable and is always happy to help if you're looking for something in particular, just call him. If he doesn't have it he can probably source it for you. I even take overseas visitors here to have a look as it gives an insight into old NZ.

A.Well worth popping in. There are always new things popping up and plenty of nooks and crannies to explore. Pricing is fair. There would probably be something for everyone. Staff are helpful and eager to help in your search.
