I've been coming to Laser Clinics (Gold Coast, Tauranga and Botany) for quite a while, and have always had a great experience. Every therapist has been wonderful, professional and made me feel very comfortable. Today I had a new therapist for my Laser appointment at the Botany branch. Lily was hands down the best Laser therapist I've had. She was super thorough and made the whole thing even more comfortable. Instead of lowering the intensity when it felt a bit painful, she upped the airflow, which was so much better! Highly recommend Lily and the other ladies at the Botany branch.

Laser Clinic Botany were so friendly and professionally. My therapist was Becky who was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Nothing was a problem. Every question I asked was answered and explained in detail. Adjustments that were made to the treatment were handled with ease. I was very grateful for such excellent service and to be in such experienced hands.

Amazing service and great results. The whole team is really lovely and make you feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I’ve had 2 sessions of laser hair removal done and already seeing significant results. Highly recommend this clinic and the team.

Have had numerous last minute cancellations , informed in the last hour! The no.of change in management is reflective of this. No fault of staff but quite in convenient especially when I try and make it to appointment in between shift work . Waiting for the sessions to finish with them and likely won’t return.However ! Met Lauren today and she has been accomodating and professional! Hoping no more changes to management !

After a bad first experience with Botany Laser Clinic, the new manager called and explained the muck around was due to a changeover in management and she fixed everything' up for me and made sure it was all sorted. The therapist was amazing too, explained everything on detail. Thank Botany Laser Clinic for going out of your way to make things right.

Had a lovely service at the laser clinics, done by Robin. She is amazing and a person with great humor. She explains each step she does. She cares for you like her own and does an exceptional job. Would highly recommend her to any new comers 🥰

I went to Laser Clinic botany for lip fillers a couple of months ago, it is by far the best service I have received, all the staff are so lovely and welcoming, the lady who did my fillers was super thorough and very professional, this was a breath of fresh air after experiences I have had at another clinic in botany. And best of all my lips look and feel amazing!! I would recommend Laser Clinics to everybody!
