I love Laser Clinic St Luke’s, Ami and Jacinta are amazing, friendly & caring yet very professional. Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic. Extremely clean area! Professional Staff! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately. Absolutely cannot recommend your clinic enough with consistent pricing, great customer service and quality service. Thank you!! I've been to 3 laser clinics before finally finding a clinic where I feel comfortable and that is all due to the amazing Ami at Laser Clinic St Lukes. As a dark skinned women I have always been insecure about getting laser hair removal and showing anyone my dark areas (if you know what I mean😅) but I am now on my 7th treatment and I couldn't express enough how much laser hair removal has changed my life! Absolute magic and it is all thanks to Ami for her eye to detail and welcoming personality, so if you go into clinic definitely ask for her! 😊

I went for my first time to Stella at the laser clinic in St Lukes Mall. I have very fair skin with 100's of sun spots and scars. Stella was incredibly professional, friendly, and worked really hard. Her work ethic is top notch and I felt she wanted to do her best for me. I'm thrilled with my results and will be back!! I really love laser clinic NZ and the service they offer but however I can give only three stars as I am upset with the results after my sessions. I underwent laser for my underarms and the first 5 sessions went smoothly with highly noticeable difference in hair growth. However once I moved onto my 7&8th session my hair growth stayed the same didn’t change. On their advice I went for my 9&10th session, and still my hair growth has not changed. I’m really upset with this as I have also purchased your skincare products and used them religiously during the sessions, plus I’ve been consistent with my sessions throughout except for a small gap in lockdown period. I have not been able to bring this to the notice of the staff due to the given COVID restrictions right now

The clinic was clean and welcoming on arrival and my therapist Ami was an absolute dream! Laser Clinic St Lukes has an amazing atmosphere, great customer service and the best price. I had free facial skin consultation and then microdermabrasion facial, it makes my skin healthy and nice. I had my 3 sessions of my full body laser hair removal with Laser Clinic yet and remarkably less hair growth and smoother skin.I am looking forward for my micro needling appointment this week, I was a bit afraid before but Pankti explained everything and made it easier for me. I go to St Lukes Laser Clinic at least once a month and the team are outstanding. Jacinta the owner is amazing and super helpful and the results are always fab. I get laser for red veins on my nose, microdermabrasion and skin needling as well as Botox with the amazing Trudy. This team are the best and the prices are always very competitive. I had Cool Sculpting at the St Luke's - Laser Clinic. Great results even after one treatment! Was actually quite surprised. Highly recommended! I'm definitely going to book more treatments in my other niggly areas! The treatment is relatively painless, with a weird cooling feel as the machine works, there is a bit of a dull ache for a few days afterwards, but mostly the hardest bit is the massage after. It's worth it for the results! It takes maybe a month to see effects is all. Do it if you're thinking about it. You won't regret it. Jacinta and the ladies at St Luke's are also very friendly and professional. They made me feel comfortable and talked me through what the procedure was, and what to expect.

You guys are so amazing there! I had an amazing skin consult with one of your amazing girls Myiah. She’s bubbly, young and really relatable as she has gone through her own skin journey. On my very first visit the staff was trying to up sell the full cosmetic kit that was little uncomfortable but from the second visit no one was trying to push so i decided to come afterwards. I have had hair issues all my life. I had regular waxing done for several years but I still had dark, thick hair in unwanted places. This caused me undue embarrassment. After just one treatment, I am amazed at not only the results that I got. My hair growth and texture has significantly reduced from what it was and I cannot recommend laser clinics St Lukes enough. They have excellent staff with great expertise and I was made comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I was slightly concerned though that it was *too* quick at less than a minute for a Brazillian. I'm not sure how thorough it was and whether the whole area was covered... Good deals and very professional looking with nice staff. The downfall I have though are that the sheets to cover yourself with are tiny and if you are getting multiple areas lasered it does not cover you properly. Also the bed is in direct line with the door so even though they try to be discreet coming in after you have undressed (as necessary for the treatment) -and the fact that the sheet is so teeny, it gives me anxiety that someone could walk past and see me so I do feel quite uncomfortable and exposed.

For such a nice clinic you'd expect through the roof pricing. I previously went elsewhere and I am so glad that I changed, I have got much better results for a much better price and it is conveniently located too so no issue with parking.

I have had about 5 treatments for Laser hair removal for both my bikini area and under arms! ! The results are SUPER AMAZING... I started to see results after the first treament.3 treatments into it and I was hardly shaving. It can be pretty uncomfortable and nerve wracking to have someone go down there, touch and move things lol ! It is a private area! but the team at LCNZ were super amazing ! They made me feel really comfortable, assured me and all my internal fears were gone. Now I walk into the clinic like a pro, drop everything ( well inside the treatment room not in the reception area hah) and am ready for Jess to do her thing! I can’t fault the treatment I’ve had at laser clinics st Luke’s. I’ve had multiple laser treatments there which have all gone smoothly. I want to specifically mention Soraya though for the injectables. She is clearly extremely knowledgeable in what she does which really gave me confidence and made me feel comfortable. She made me feel at ease from start to finish and left me with results I love!!! Picture attached is the day of having my lips done and I just love them!! I’ve had injectables before at other places and I can hands down say that I experienced about 70% less pain with having them done with Soraya! Only reason for 4 stars is that I sometimes find they push for the hard sell which I find discomforting when considering something such as injectables.

I had the best experience in this clinic. I did a Botox treatment by a professional and experienced nurse “Soraya”. The result is amazing and is exactly what I wanted to be. Plus it’s been the least painful Botox injection I ever had (no pain basically), and the price is very reasonable. I will continue to go there.

When I first walked into laser clinic NZ (st Lukes), I was in a dubious mind ,but when I met my therapist Marzia I knew I wanted to go through with the laser hair removal treatment. She has done her research and is very knowledgeable about the products. Staff great and very friendly and seem very knowledgeable. They were really helpful in getting the best deal. I would love to see more definition on what a body area described actually is. E.g. Full face needs a description. Some people include the neck, some don't; some include the eyebrows, some don't. It may be there but I wasn't able to find it online.
