First time booking any laser hair removal treatments and I’m glad I chose this place! It’s been a great experience so far - have been to my 4th visit now. The clinic is very welcoming when you first walk in and is seamlessly run. The staff are professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Tyler was very informative and attentive, explained the whole process to me and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. The procedure itself is super fast and surprisingly painless! The place is new so it’s really clean and tidy. I bought my treatments when they had a sale on and it made it much more affordable. Highly recommend!

I had my services done here with Tyler- she was absolutely incredible. Super attentive to me and my concerns, answered any and ALL questions I had. Made sure my tattoos were covered during the session as to not damage them. She checked in often to make sure the setting was okay and I was comfortable. She is an absolute sweetheart and the services that she provided me with were thorough and VERY well done. Absolutely a pleasure and by far THE BEST service I've received at any laser clinic. Would highly recommend receiving a service from her she is absolutely wonderful, super professional, SO kind and caring!!!

I have been meaning to write this review for a while now ... I always have the best experience and time with all the lovely staff at LCNZ (Sylvia park) but the last few times i've visited have been such a pleasure. I have previously brought a few people along with me to enjoy some of the services that the clinic offers and they all say pleasant things. The facials are great, the laser treatments are fantastic, and the service is the best! Tyler always greets me with a smile from ear to ear that can be noticed even with her mask on. She has made me feel very comfortable in the most uncomfortable situations which is greatly appreciated. She is always so cheerful and willing to help (even during her lunch breaks!)

I had laser hair removal at this clinic, despite the clinic just opening I found the staff super professional and experienced. The service was respectful, personable and seamless. The therapist talked me through the whole process, what I can expect from the treatment and what kind of results I can expect. I felt like I was in safe hands. The treatment was efficient and they had a sale on, so super affordable. I can't wait to come back and continue my treatment program. I am excited for the results and to see the team at Laser Clinics New Zealand Sylvia Park again.

I had fillers done by Karen, excellent service, everything explained to me and first time I been to this clinic, used other clinics and was totally dissatisfied, Karen did an amazing job, I'm petrified of needles but felt at ease with Karen. I am super happy with my results, not showing off but I look super hot too 😂😂😂 Than you Karen

Exceptional laser service in super clinic. Staff are friendly and made me feel so comfortable - I even took my pants off on the first date! The laser machine for once was actually painless (unlike other lasers I have tried) Highly recommend!

Awesome first experience at Laser hair removal. The environment, including all the staff were so helpful and friendly and explained the whole process. The procedure was totally pain free, in fact I was nearly asleep on the comfortable beds. Thanks. I will be back.
