Went to Laser Clinics in Takapuna today for some lip fillers and had Olive as my nurse. She was super informative and had an all around lovely demeanor. I ended up not being able to get the filler but she even offered to rebook me with her after hours or in her lunch break and was so incredibly sweet about the whole process. Genuinely one of the best interactions I’ve ever had with a nurse/technician and I’m beyond confident in my 5 star rating. She was an amazing nurse and an even lovelier person, would 10/10 recommend (and she had the prettiest eyes I’ve ever seen!)

Been a customer with LCNZ for couple of years now but I’ve just experienced the most awesome and thorough treatment from Munirah. I could tell that she wanted to provide the best experience for her customers and was very professional. she’s just made my experience with LCNZ even better than before!

Booked for a laser session today. Got Wendy to do it for me. It felt comfortable. Wendy was helpful and informative. Highly recommended👍🏻

Awesome professional clinic. Staff are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. My consultant Munirah goes the extra mile whenever I see her, she puts me at ease and we always have a few laughs. My results have been amazing. Highly recommend 👌

Edit: Not long after this review and my email to the the feedback team, the clinic owner has called me regarding the situation. She was quick in resolving the issues and addressing my concerns. I am pleased that she took the feedback seriously and acted on it. I appreciate the effort she puts into looking after customers hence I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. If anyone has any issues, I do recommend to speak to the owner as she’s pleasant to deal with. I have had a consultation on the laser hair removal treatment and have prepaid and signed up to a package. At the consultation(which I had with the clinic manager at the time), I have also been recommended to an add on and I have also taken on board when booking for my treatments. There is no size specifications for add on area and I've started my treatments with the add on since July. A few months later, a few treatments in, the staff that did my treatment a few times said to me today that I need to pay 2x the add on price as the treatment area is bigger than usual area. I have said to her that there isn't any add-on size specifications on any of your terms and conditions. And If that was the case no one has said anything in my previous treatments, I don't feel that is fair. And all I got was just " would you like to speak to my manager? ". I said to her that "well it was the manager who did my consultation and got me onto this treatment with add on". Nothing was done to address my concern and all she said was "yea sorry". This particular staff seems to try very hard to find a reason to make customer pay more! The few treatments I've had with her she is consistently asking me to book for other stuffs and also when I popped to pay for my package before I started, she was trying to deny the price match offer that was confirmed by the manager at the time of consultation. The previous manager was great! Not only she was friendly and professional at the consultation but she was understanding as well when I told her I had to come back to pay for the package after a week. I'm gutted she left. I wouldn't recommended here at all, even though their prices might be a bit better when they have deals, you really do get what you pay for as other clinics offer much better services and you will definitely enjoy your overall experience better! And LC takapuna, you have just lost a customer! I was prepared to actually buy another package today and start treatment for another area, after all of this, I have decided to not to buy anything from you anymore!

I got my first session of laser hair removal done here and the staff were absolutely lovely! I felt super comfortable, and it was such an easy process. I can't wait to visit here again for my next session! Beautiful clinic as well :)

I've had such a good experience with Laser Clinic in Takapuna! The girls there are so lovely and everything is always really nice and clean. My laser treatments have been really effective and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I cannot rate this clinic any higher. I went to get laser hair removal and was very nervous as the last time I had that kind of treatment was IPL years ago which was so painful I never went back. THIS however took a few minutes and I didn't feel a thing! I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to be hairless for cheaper than waxing. And the staff are so professional and knowledgeable. I feel very safe in their hands. Highly Recommended A+++++++

I always look forward to my appointments at LCNZ Takapuna because the people are very nice and the place is very relaxing. Also, the laser treatments are effective. I immediately saw a difference after my first treatment! I cant wait to see the end results. Highly recommend.

Spotless clinic and effective results for laser hair removal. The treatment is not as painful as one’s I’ve had previously. From previous experience, it is best to shave thoroughly as shaving was not available as an add-on. Great team and appointments are a breeze to make.

Probably the best laser clinic in the country. Their laser is super effective, I noticed some hair falling off just 2weeks in to my treatment. Highly recommended! The staff at the Takapuna branch are very friendly too.

I found the staff at Laser Clinics Takapuna really professional, as a male, I was a little nervous for my first ever laser hair removal treatment walking into the completely unknown, but my nerves where completely put at easy by the friendly smiles from the staff, information was presented to me in a way I could relate to and understand, best of all I am really happy with the results. Really happy with the results after 10 sessions of laser hair removal. Also bought a facial package: microneedling, peels and LED lights. So far so good, especially love microneedling, which helps me to combat sun spots. :)

I went to Laser Clinics Takapuna for my first time doing any skin care (as a guy I didnt know much a thing) the girls that work there gave me spectacular advice. They suggested a microdermabrasion and an LED.. Well let me tell you.. My skin has been glowing ever since! Would 100% recommend.
