I recently needed my front door lock repaired. I'm so pleased I contacted LockSmart because their service was outstanding. The urgent job I requested was completed quickly on the spot, and two other door locks I had issues with, were also repaired at the same time. Excellent service, highly recommended.

Came by as soon as I needed and had my car unlocked in literally seconds. Then I was offered to have a spare key made then and there. Incredible service, amazing prices (they were the cheapest as far as I could see) and great customer service. If I'm ever locked out again, I definitely know who to call. Thanks so much 😊

Absolutely fantastic, I broke my car key and lost the chip meaning I could not start my car. I had a 4 week old baby and it was an extremely stressful time. Locksmart were quick to book an appointment time with me to come to my house. They made 2 new keys for me on the spot only took about half an hour. Needed an urgent replacement key for my Suzuki swift. Was able to phone through and LockSmart, they had someone on the way in the next couple of hours. When arrived the person explained my options clearly and then was quick and efficient to complete the job. Very happy with the service! Would recommend and would use again (though hopefully I dont have to because the remote key was $$$)

Locksmart were awesome. I broke both my car keys for my commodore. I also had intermittent ignition issues and had been in and out of the auto electricians without success. I didn't know it was a key problem. But the locksmith who came to my work site to cut my key was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. That ignition issue has gone. The whole process which I found stressful, was so easy from start to finish. From booking to the locksmith coming to me. On time, great service, awesome communication throughout and great value too. I couldn't be more satisfied will definitely use them again

Great and efficient service from Locksmart. Surprised (if not a little concerned, if they can do it, surely a thief could do it too) how quickly they are able to make new car keys without any originals during a call out. Also pleased that their very reasonable cost was paid by my insurance!

My positive experience started with an extremely fast response to my enquiry. Within hours a booking had been made. The locksmith arrived the next day and offered great advise regarding what kind of lock would suit. He was fast and even cleaned up after himself. These guys turned up promptly to cut me some transponder keys for my Mini when all my keys were lost. They cut them and solved the problem fast and professionally. They will be my go to guys for any other lockouts.

Went to 2 key shops in Newmarket mall. But this place was quicker, cheaper, and friendlier. With experienced key smith that’ll get you sorted with any key related problems 👍 Definitely will be back(if I don’t lose my keys again😂)

Technician arrived at the agreed time. I wasn't familiar with how the keyless fob was supposed to operate however the job was completed and the key fob worked as advised. Great service will be getting a second one at some stage.

The whole process with LockSmart was great. Ross was lovely, efficient and so helpful. Communication was great and they came the next day after we enquired in the late afternoon.The car manufacturer quoted an outrageous price for a replacement key that they needed to import from Germany that would take several weeks to get here! Thankfully we found LockSmart. By price comparison they were half the expense and by service there is no comparison, they came to us, provided and reprogrammed a key and left us with a useable vehicle. Thank you LockSmart you made a bad situation so much less stressful :)

Absolute legends. Called them with an urgent problem, couldn’t move car from garage. Other places said earliest they could do it was the next week. Phoned these guys and they said they could come out same day. Machined replacement part on the spot and came in costing less than what everyone else quoted. Overall awesome experience would 100000% recommend. Ask for Justin, friendly dude and best service I’ve had in a while 😊

I have so much respect for these guys. I was in a very frantic predicament late in the evening after my son accidentally locked the car keys in the car after winding my windows up. He didn't realise the car had an auto locking system, neither did I. Locksmith arrived at 10pm and worked on the car until nearly 11pm. They arrived within 20mins of making my initial call I was truly impressed. These guys are good at their job and very efficient in all aspects of their service. I had lost the spare key to our car, which had a remote and a transponder on it. I called Locksmart, who had one of their vans here the next day. The job was done quickly the key works fine including the remote. Even better it was much less costly than I thought! We ended up getting them back to make a spare for another car too. Being in Covid times, the whole interaction worked well, job done outside, mask worn by the operator, no need for me to make a trip to the shops. Awesome service, I would use LockSmart again for sure.

The guys were quick to help me out when I locked my keys in my scooter. Good service, hopefully won't need them again in a hurry but if I do I'll be giving them a call.

The steering wheel lock in my car suddenly just froze, so I could not start or move, and I was parked in a Disability Park in Orewa . Roadside Assist came and tried with no luck, local garage were not interested aa the problem was too difficult and it was a Friday. I was told by a friend to ring Locksmart. They came out early evening around 5 ish - by 7.30 it was fixed. Then cherry on the cake , they came out Saturday morning to check and road test their work! Absolutely brilliant!!!

I called Locksmart because I had a few locks that needed changing on a campervan, I had know idea what I needed. Initially the guy on the line assured me that Locksmart could help and set up an appointment. One of the guys met me and completely understood what I was trying to achieve so I left him with the keys and received a call a few days later that the job was complete. These guys did a great job changing all the locks on the exterior doors on my camper. I'm super happy with the service and its great that they made it so one key fits all. The cost is erelivant as I'm a firm believer that if someone can do a great job and your happy they are worth the fee. I would highly recommend Locksmart.

It was half past 3 in the morning when I realised my car key was missing, from that moment on I was all distraught and just browsing about automobile locksmiths available, other options available for me, called and sent thousands of emails to every single website that I found. Then I said to myself I have to do this right, I will just wait for the time to turn 0700 then I can call AA and as their member I know that I will be in safe hands. Sure enough I called in and inform them my key situation. The operators were fine and I was told to wait a bit so they can call a locksmith and will get back to me. After like 10 minutes, I received a call from a certain locksmith saying after asking what year and model is my car “Yeah, I cannot do anything. I have to decline the job” that’s it. No other advise or anything. So I replied “oh okay. Thank you.” Then hang up. The next person I call is from Locksmart and I was asked about the model and year of the car and not even 2 minutes of that entire duration of call, the guy said “Hmmm. Yep, I can do it today for you.” I was surprised that I had to repeat it the way I understood “So, you mean I will have a key-key, and it will work for BMW120I?” He confirmed it again with the price that I will be paying. He arrived on the location, with a very cheerful approach and onto it! I told him, I needed to get my epiPen and he immediately unlocked the drivers door in not even 2 minutes. Took my bag went inside changed my clothes when I get back out he was already starting my car!!!!! And another 5 minutes I got a new COMPLETE KEY for my car. WHAT A CRAZY SURPRISE!!!!!!!!! It is definitely worth it. The amazing Locksmart doesn’t stop there for saving my day, on the moment I was going to pay, I WAS SURPRISED THAT THEY ALSO ACCEPT PAYMENT THROUGH AFTERPAY! What a saviour to humankind! You guys are a blessing and a very big shout out to JUSTIN/JESSIE/JESSSSS. (Oh gosh! I was so stocked that I forgot his name! Never mind that I even gave a wrong address to find me and the location of my car - what a nuisance customer am I)🤣🤣😅😅 BUT SERIOUSLY GUYS, THANK YOU!!!!!!! I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism from the minute I picked up the phone until my keys were replaced less than 3 hours later. I was told by my car dealership that a new key must be ordered from Europe would take 6 weeks and then my vehicle would need to be towed to their workshop…. So luckily I called locksmart - they sorted my out in 3 hours no towing or waiting involved!

Meeting up at a scheduled time was the only variable, however, once we did finally meet, the service was very professional and helpful. I do have a bit of a problem with turning the key in the ignition now though, however they did say they would look at this for me - a little reluctantly I might add. But overall, their service was a definate 7 out of 10

Locksmart provided a replacement electronic key at a fraction of the cost of an OEM part. They provide a mobile service and solved my problem fast. Jeep estimated 4 weeks + to get a replacement exUSA - useless! A year later I had an issue where a mechanic fried my electronics, my vehicle bounced around between Jeep, an Auto electrician and the mechanic - in the end Jeep blamed the aftermarket key. This was not the case. Locksmart came out, investigated the issue (at no cost) validated that the key was not at fault and helped me to get a resolution and get my vehicle back on the road after months of screwing around with the manufacturer. I can’t thank LockSmart enough. Legends!!

Being stuck at my place of work with no key was a stressful time for me because I was a long way from home there. The locksmiths were prompt getting out there once I contacted my insurance company followed by them. I was back up and mobile within 2 working days, despite the delay getting the transponder key.

In the first week of level 4 lockdown I required a key to be sorted for my car. I'm an essential worker so it was important to be able to get to work. Locksmart was very responsive, an appointment made quickly and the job was done terrific. All the lockdown rules were adhered to and I felt very comfortable with the service. When I made the urgent call for help, the service desk placed the earliest appointment and most convenient mobile service through to assist me. I was impressed with the same day service. Jono the mobile technician, explained everything so clearly as to what steps he would take to repair my key. Unfortunately I had misplaced some items on the remote but he continued to try to sort everything before advising me the solution remained with the missing part of the car remote. Believe me, he tried everything. He gave me another appointment where he would return the next morning to remove part of the dash board,again explaining the situation clearly. Thankfully the missing part to the remote key was found. Jono returned early the next morning to cut a new car remote. The service was so fast that i was able to take my children to school on time. Locksmart's workmanship's a fine art, for months I had been leaving my old Honda parked with the doors unlocked and the key inside it's unlocked ignition, because other locksmiths weren't skilled enough to cut a key for it, it's dipstick got stolen, people took naps in it one locksmith said I should take the car to a mechanic and have another ignition put in, I knew that wasn't right but it was a worry thinking that might have been my only option since I was starting to think no-one could cut a key........but after getting the key that Locksmart made yesterday........me and my little boy were dancing in the lounge, finally we can start the car, take out the key and use it to lock it's doors, then use it to unlock it again later, we're still buzzing about it today.

Classic cars come with Classic situations. My ace panel beater told me to preserve my signed key for my FD3, RX7. Telling me it helps to increase the cars value. My partner 'went', with out the car and had some Mazda keys cut. The cowboy that cut my new keys 'notched' the original key. When I went to drive on Saturday morning the old key went into the ignition but refused to unlock the steering wheel, start the car, or come out of the ignition. The boyz at Locksmart had the Classic key out in less than 5 minutes of opening the car door. Efficient, friendly and professional. While everything about caring for a Classic is determined by classic amounts of money; this job/rescue did not break the bank. Thank you: highly recomended.

These guys are good. Replacement Mercedes transponder keys are a fortune from the main dealer and not easy to replicate. These guys did it for me and charged $100 less than they quoted. I felt they were really professional and knew what they were doing. 10/10 from me!

I would like to compliment you on one of your locksmiths called Jo. He came out to get the keys out of my car, he was polite, informative and just a all round nice guy. He took no time at all to break in to the car and retrieve the keys. He gave me some sound advise - get a key cut for the doors. I said I would get it done in Glen Eden, he then advised he can do it there and then for a reasonable price. And that is exactly what he did! Good work. Thank you Jo.

Had an issue with one of our office doors and called several locksmiths who said they could not come on the same day. I then found LockSmart Epsom who was here within an hour. I added an additional lock to be installed and everything was done quickly and smoothly, they even vacuumed all the dust away after. When my the remote key to my car stopped working the staff here took a battery out of the packaging to let me test if that was the issue (it wasn’t). Great selection of everything lock & key-related. The branded freebies are fun. I have a locksmart nail file.

The team from LockSmart were very proffesional, they promptly came out to the North Shore to make me up a replacement key for an Audi that had been lost. The cost of callout and key was comparatively reasonable to other places. The key (aftermarket type) had some issues with the buttons afterwards and they came back out again to replace the key with a genuine Audi key at no extra cost. Overall a good level of service and communication.

Great service - quick, friendly and reasonably priced. Hugely professional job done using high quality parts and put in beautifully. They went well over and above what they needed to, which was especially appreciated as I had had terrible service from the previous cowboys I used. Beware dodgy locksmiths in Auckland - which LockSmart definitely isn't! Will definitely be using them again when I next need locksmithing done.

I lost the car key in the surf while away camping. I called Jonathon at LockSmart he was so helpful and very little drama. He picked me up from Auckland and drove me with him to the beach where the car was- rekeyed the car in about 15 mins and a spare key so stop this from happening again. I owned a JDM Toyota Crown vehicle with a very high security feature and wanted a spare key fob made. Have visited 4 different locksmiths and they all are unable to program a key fob for me including Toyota NZ. I visited LockSmart and they successfully program the key fob for me.
