S.In every detail, Mobistore is the master! From packing the house, to storage, then co-operation with the reduction of goods preparing for overseas removal - and so on. Very easy to deal with, and with a positive but relaxed manner, they certainly inspire confidence! What is more, household items that had been stored for 20 months and then shipped to Europe were in a very good condition - and much better packed than the international movers' ones. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - thank you so much!!
H.We moved and had our things stored with Mobistore utilising both their pack yourself and team. The guys were polite, happy to help, and so fast and professional. We got overcharged and taken advantage of for many of our trades moving out but Mobistore were efficient and a joy. I didn’t have to worry about a massive, inflated bill. It was a fair price and so easy. Our things were kept dry, and we were able to easily access to get some things out at one stage. Nothing was a trouble at any stage. Amazing. Have recommended to others!

R.We hired one of the larger units, and paid for two of the guys to come over to pack it for us. They were incredible, managing to pack basically our whole house into the unit like they were playing Tetris, there wasn't a single empty space in the whole unit. If we had dinner it ourselves at probably would've needed to pay for a second unit so they were well with the price. They got it all done in 2 hours, and, as this was in level 3, they were masked and social distanced the whole time.

D.Would give Jesse and his partner 6 stars if I could. We have moved at least 5 times in the last 6 years but I have not come across such professionalism elsewhere. Communication was great. Jesse was there on time and the move was swift and so easy. Every piece was well looked after. He even helped us pick bits of furniture on the way from two places. Highly recommended!!!

G.We’ve had our stuff in storage for about 2 years since we moved from the UK. Our final redelivery was just last week. The boxes are clean, it’s a great idea. Any communication has always been quick and professional. Delivery, pickup and redelivery has always been timely.
I’ve also visited our boxes in their storage site a few times and that process went smoothly as well.
I can definitely recommend Mobistore.

Mobistore is a great product and provides great service as well. Easy to book, delivered when stated and picked up promptly. The price is very reasonable and compares well to similar services. Every step is communicated with email confirmations and the delivery porter was helpful and friendly. My contents were returned safely in the condition I packed them in. I can happily recommend Mobistore to anyone wanting their move or storage made easy for them!

What particularly impresses is the care they show in delivering and placing the boxes, always exactly as I ask unless there's a better way, and then they'll call to double-check. E.Three guys from Mobistore have just helped me move house and pack things into storage. Hadlee, Jesse and Gary were just fantastic. They not only packed and unloaded really well but made what is potentially a stressful day into quite a relaxed one (for me that is!). They were professional, friendly and helpful and worked well as a team, negotiating tricky corners and lots of stairs with ease. Back at the office Ryan always seemed ready to answer my questions which made booking a storage unit and house movers easy. I can definitely recommend these guys.

Firstly, Rowan came to our home at a convenient time and in short notice and took a concise catalogue of everything for our move. He went back then sent a fixed price quote the next day. We had queries and these were dealth with quickly and professionally. We used the blue containers that you hire (as opposed to hideous boxes and packing tape!!) which were an enormous time saver, much less packing material used which made for an easier and quicker pack, and unpack at each end. These are hired out at a reasonable price, are cheaper than buying new packing boxes/packing material and tape, and are sturdy and environmentally friendly as reusable, talk about win win!
Jessie and Sekie (forgive me if spelling is incorrect) showed up for the move on time, they had a tricky driveway to deal with at the first house, but they sorted it and even with a distance to carry the items, they did an incredible job, all done in the allocated 3 hours. Us and our 2 boys chipped in at the other(only because we wanted to!)end and we were all in probably within 2 hours (much easier driveway) They had disassembled our boys beds, and reassembled at the other end, this was a HUGE help ( part of the service included, but invaluable!)
We really appreciate their hard work and professionalism.

It has been so a great pleasure to to deal with them and access to our stuff is so easy. They are definitely the best storage company i have ever used.

When we were ready fo its return to us a simple phone call was all that was needed. The furniture came out in perfect condition-barely needed a dust! M.Mobistore are by far the most efficient operation we have ever come across. This is our 16th move in 37 years of moving around Auckland and this time it was from Auckland to Cambridge. They handled the operation in a professional manner from start to finish. The guys doing the hard yard were fantastic, very polite and so careful. There was not one dent on the wall of our old house and I can say it was not an easy house to get furniture out of. Thanks so much guys you did a fantastic job along with the whole company. This was brilliant when carrying heavy items. The whole back of the box opens up to conveniently load your contents in the added bonus wasbeing able to pack at my pace and store for 2 months without another thought.
