Great team and communication. We ended up extending our stay due to our renovations taking longer due to Covid. This was easily sorted out, we paid 6 months in advance and was refunded for unused time at the end. Security and access is easy and convenient, the place is spotless and clean. Thank you - Happy to recommend or use again if we needed.

The cleanliness of whole facility was just amazing! along with the staff. Communication was always smooth with covid updates and fast response time with email communication.

Great facility. Always clean, secure and access hours are good. If I raise any concerns they're dealt with quickly. I researched 2 other storage companies before deciding on here and am so glad I opted for this company. There are various sized units too, so if you need to upsize or downsize - if they have units available, it's easy to switch.

Scored national Mini Storage a 11 for exceptional customer service. Thanks team you made the use of your facilities simple and easy. Place is very clean and tidy.

These guys have been awesome. Helpful with choosing the best storage option, suggest price saving options, changed pricing start date when we didn't use as expected, reserved free trailer for main moving day, recommended places to call to check out what sized trucks can get around their facility, offerred insurance cover options. But most importantly the people were just plain great to deal with. All smiles and help. Great experience.

Great dry unit with raised floor so the West auckland floods didn't get to our precious stuff. Always easy to access and held so much more than i thought it would!! Very deceiving in a great way!
