I’ve had such a great experience with New face laser, feel very comfortable during my appointments. I saw great results after my first treatment and it’s been working well ever since. I was New Face’s first client when they started in Royal Oak back in 2011. I’m so glad this business has been growing as they offer the best hair removal treatment, and it isn’t as painful as before, thanks to the latest technology. I have tried other treatments, which have helped me to control the hair growth, but none of them have been as effective as New Face’s. I can totally recommend this treatment to others, and I’m so happy they have been offering great discounts recently.

These girls are AWESOME! They are SUPER fast and professional! Never make you feel awkward in any way :) Always very friendly and helpful. The deals are incredible and results are seen very quickly. They are extremely accommodating - as I have had to call and change my appointments/details several time. They really do have EXCELLENT customer service, high quality services, super clean and professional environment/equipment, the best prices... and overall they make your whole experience so easy, enjoyable and rewarding :) Finally, as someone who has had somewhat painful laser treatment elsewhere in the past - New Face Laser Clinic is a breeze - no pain whatsoever and over and done with in a heartbeat :) Thankyou Team!

I’ve been going to New Face to do sublative treatment for my acne scars for the past year and I am very happy with the result. I can definitely see the improvement. It will never be perfect but any improvement is better than nothing. And Chanelle has been great, she explained everything clearly! Definitely recommend this place.

Laser treatment is painless, i have PCOS and i found this was the only laser that had worked with my skin type (dark indian skin) you have to be patient and you need around 8-10 treatments to see a difference personally, also it’s affordable, staff are great.

I love everything about this place, staff are very professional and they know what they are doing. I can see very positive quick results on my skin. They try to help me and give me the best advice with patience.
