I've taken my car to this place twice now, and despite being packed so much that there was barely any space to park my car in, they identified the problems and fixed them and returned my car to me the next day. Such great service for super great value. My car had been dead sitting at another auto place for 2 weeks because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it even though I had told them what I suspected it was. Anyway North Harbour Auto confirmed I was correct and fixed it within a few days. So happy and would def bring my car back.

Googled Mobility chair batteries and rang the various battery suppliers; they were not really interested and I felt like a real bother to them and was put off; then rang 7th number North Harbour Auto Electrical and the guy asked a few questions re code on battery and size asked for photo; took my number and within a short time rang me back and said not a problem both batteries be there in 2 hours; this guy supplied an excellent service thus this note of praise;Thanks JOHN

My WOF failed at an AA centre because of a dim headlight that you could barely even notice. The AA mechanic was convinced it was an electrical issue instead of just the light bulb and they instructed me to have this fixed at an electrical mechanic. So I went to visit North Harbour Auto Electrical in Takapuna. They were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it, free of charge! The problem was only the light bulb that was fitted in an awkward angle. Super efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!
