I recently purchased a Parmco extractor fan for above my stove, and needed some guidance with some technical issues I was having. With the help of staff over the phone I had my issues sorted out within ten minutes! you have a great team of staff at your Mount Wellington branch. Friendly, helpful and FULL of knowledge. the 7 year warranty is outstanding to have as well! Having visited the branch myself before my purchase I must add that the store is very tidy and presentable and all the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about EVERY SINGLE product available! Big thank you to the Mount Wellington Team! You have a customer for life!

I had called and gotten some great important information from one of the staff at Parmco, regarding a new canopy range that is in our new house, and we didn't exactly know how it worked or what the blue film around the stainless steel edges were, and this lovely lady named Sonya helped and told me to take off the blue film, or it would melt and could cause a bit of damage after a while, alongside other great tips for our other Parmco appliances. Great customer service, in depth listening and advice and just an all-round great customer experience. 5 Stars for sure.

Just purchased and installed a Parmco GD-3 Mid Duty Waste Disposal Unit. Was a pleasure to deal with Parmco, very helpful with regards to supply of product information and helping me check the GD-3 would fit my kitchen sink. I was forced to install myself as the old one fell apart on a Sunday night as cooking dinner, but was a breeze to install and I am far from a plumber - the new unit is super quiet, very low vibration and does the job well. Very happy customer - Thanks Parmco!

How great this service was! I requested a part from Parmco via internet for a range hood that was very old, and received a very quick reply from Rosita, who emailed me a diagram of the whole rangehood with a complete parts list. I ordered the part and paid the invoice and the part arrived by courier 2 days later!! A total of 3 working days from initial contact. This was all carried out during Level 4 lockdown!!! I wish all other companies could follow this example.

Needed new racks for 6 (!) year old dishwsher. Parmco supplied ex-stock. Ordered them Thursday morning and received them Friday morning. That is pretty good and a service worth paying for.

I recently had a problem with my Parmco rangehood and had some inquires about getting a new one or replacing it so went in to ask about it and was immediately directed to their service team and my questions were answered and problems were resolved immediately. The people at the front desk were also very welcoming and friendly. would definitely buy from them again.

A bit disappointed that a 5 year old oven only just out of warranty stopped working. Had hardly been used as it is in a secondary dwelling. The thermostat and clock were the problem and to be fair, it was possibly caused by a power surge from the recent storm. On the very positive side, support was great, they honoured the warranty anyway, and went out of their way to come to the far reaches of Auckland at a time to suit us, which was difficult. Can't really complain, good value for the price.

I had an excellent response from PARMCO,. My oven was 2 months out of 5 year warranty when the hinges on the door broke. They were unable to replace as the company does not make that particular make of hinges any more. After contacting them with my dilemma, they offered me a brand new oven including installation at a nominal cost even though it was out of warranty period. They are great ovens and can only speak highly of the service.

All done on line - customer service was very good. Information was clear. Delivery of part was very quick

I had a problem with my parmco appliance but one of their team members went to all the efforts in trying to rectify the problem for me even after the appliance was out of warranty. Appliances do not last forever so Outcomes like in my experience is all I can grade against. Thanks Daniel for sending down the parts..

Moved into a house that has a Parmco oven. It comes with a long warranty which takes away a lot of my worries! :)

Fast efficient service. Not much to see here since it's a pre order and pick up warehouse . So yeah they are fast at getting your stuff off the shelf .and putting it in your vehicle . What more to say

Went to get parts for a 20 year old range hood. They had the filters in stock. Perhaps not surprisingly they didn't have the extra frame and clips etc to hold one of the filters in place but the staff did try despite getting ready for their Christmas party.
