D.Nice place to stay. There was however an unpleasant smell from the bathroom.
C.We make use of Regus Chancery's offices and meeting rooms. Certainly good value for money. The offices and meeting rooms are modern and always clean and very presentable. Kitchen facilities are good. The girls on reception are lovely and always ensure our clients feel welcome and well looked after.

We have been leasing serviced offices from Regus (41 Shortland Street) over 6.5 years now, and I could not fault the service they have provided for us, and continue to provide. The offices are fantastic and well set up, and all of the facilities are always very clean and well looked after. Also the Centre Manager and the Customer Service Team are truly amazing. They provide us with a beyond high quality service, always look immaculate and always have massive smiles on their faces. The whole Regus team and are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure all our needs/requirements are met and they always achieve this with to the highest standard. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend Regus to anyone who is wanting to rent pristine offices from a company that caters to ALL your needs with the highest degree of professionalism. You never feel like "just a tenant" with the Shortland Street team ! I would personally rate the team beyond 5 stars or 10 out of 10 for being awesome and providing an impeccable service.
