Just days before our house was being transferred to new owners we had a broken water line - it was a nightmare. However, Allan - from Restoration Specialists - was there in quick time. He calmly assessed the situation and established a remediation plan. We were so grateful for his cool-headed experience and diligence, amidst the turmoil, and it allowed us to progress other aspects of the problem (insurance, builders etc).

I can not recommend this company enough. I had problem with mould making me sick in my flat. It took 5 days from point of contact to job completion. I had a visit from Leon who told me what the issues were, what needed to be done & quoted. He recommended getting the carpets cleaned also. 2 days later their technician came and job was carried out. I couldn't believe it when I got home from work. The ceiling looked like it had just been freshly painted and the carpets looked like new and smelt clean. My health has returned to normal almost over night from not having to breath in the spores. It was also half the price I expected it to be. 6 stars absolutely brilliant!

Great response from the Restoration Specialist team. They mobilised in a few hours to bring equipment to deal with a flood affecting over 11 floors of a building and affecting 74 studio apartments. Very professional in minimising further damage and then drying out the building to minimise mould growth and ultimately minimise the repairs needed. We have also used them for a response to a smaller incident - which they were equally as good and professional at responding to.

They informed us at every stage what they were doing and put it all in writing so that the insurance company knew what was happening. They also photographed everything at every stage so a full record of works was clear and obvious. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

Highly recommend Restoration Specialists, they turned up as soon as the water receded back to the river after a major flood. They had the carpet out, gib cut and removed and the place drying out within a day.

Such a great team to have deal with the job. They are thorough, easy, great communicators and most importantly did an exceptional job. Would 100% recommend! we flooded our bath and damaged the carpet and floor and they got it all back to just as good as before

Tom and Leon were called in when we found black mould in a basement room. They promptly got to the bottom of it, and we found we had structural problems in that corner of the garage, under the house. They arranged engineering services and council consent. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated and they guided us through a stressful time, with experts and inspectors, and with the Council. We were about to sell the house, and it was a real relief, knowing that they were on the job, and - with all the inspections and consents - we could sell the house with no worries and a clear conscience. There were no surprises, no mysteries, and we are completely satisfied. We would recommend them without reservation.

I was desperate for help following my father's garage being water damaged with CAT 3 water following Napier flooding this past month. I was recommended to Leon at Restoration Specialists. I can only say, they turned up, they measured the dampness and worked with me so I could get my father's insurance company on board to cover the cost and commence work immediately. The mould damp smell was becoming an issue and having asthmatics in the family it could have been a bit of a disaster. I highly recommend as this company is considerate, timely and diligent. The staff are wonderful, responsive and capable.
