D.These guys are great. Saw an advert on Facebook, clicked on it and then got everything organised over Facebook messenger. Their communication was great. Booked in and got roof bars fitted in 30mins where other shops had said it wasn’t even possible for our car. Really friendly and professional job. Would highly recommend!

S.The family that own this place are so helpful and kind. I turned up needing roof racks with a quick turnaround. I had sleeping children in the car and was feeling a bit frazzled. I left with the roof racks already installed, having had a great chat with the owners, and actually feeling more relaxed than I had walked in! They know their stuff, they can help immediately if it's in stock, or are realistic about when things can come in. Thanks for being so helpful!

W.About 8 months ago on a Saturday, I asked for some new racks and a discount for Thule, but they were sold out and he said Yakima is pretty much the same and due to Covid he cant give a discount. The young guy, an amicable young man went to put them on but soon realised that there was a piece that didn't align, so i said to get a brand new one(as he told me there were a lot available). He went to have a look but then came back with a hammer and assured me(a few times) that the racks will be fine with him beating them into place! No discount was offered :(
I complained to the owner(a week later) who also assured me that the racks were fine and he gave me a 4 extra pieces to connect the racks should I change vehicles...
The racks still seem to be doing their job well, lets hope they last.

E.Had a broken roofrack and was quoted $300 by another company so i came to this place after reading the google reviews. Roof Rack Centre fitted the new parts and rack for $75 all up. Very happy with the price and customer service

J.Have been to these guys several times over the past 5 years for various purchases. Our latest purchase, a roof box for going to the snow, initially was a hire but were given the option to buy on return (minus the hire cost) if we liked it. They've been awesome to deal with and friendly. Free install and really helpful.
J.Awesome service by the staff. I was able to explain my requirements for a roofrack and they provided suitable options to select from. They also explained the process of installing permanent roof rails and how they go about ensuring durability. The installation was done while I was there. If was done quite quickly and after the installation the adjustments that were made was explained as well as how to remove if required. This was a great experience and I will definitely recommend them to anyone who requires a quality roofrack.

z.No sure what happened to this shop. We went there while ago, the staff there were friendly and knew what they were doing. We went back recently, we waited for 15 mins, no one bothered to ask or greet us. It looks very chaotic. Some parts of the shop were difficult to access the display, because the stuff were lying on the floor. We had to leave without being served.

F.I have purchased many roof racks over the years from many different suppliers. My only regret is that I didn't discover Russell Williams at The Roof Rack Centre Sangringham first. He went out of his way to help and was the the best deal by far - and fitting it for free. Will go back for sure.
a.Great shop, had the stock we needed however the young sales guy made our shop experience not good, rude and disinterested made spending $1k feel like going to the dairy, sucked the excitement out of the purchase. If we had time would have went else where
