Spoke to Roger today who diagnosed why my freezer was blowing cold air through the top of the door. solved our problem and instructed me on a fix. Solution found!!! Thanks a heap Roger, so very efficient and professional and would definitely recommend your service. Thank you.

Phillip happily spoke to me on the phone and asked plenty of questions to make sure it was the seal that was causing my issue. He really wanted to make sure that i was spending my money to fix the right issue and even recommended me a repair person in my local area to fix what he thought the issue really was. I enquired about a few seals to be replaced Phillip said all good cya in a few weeks which was perfect for my busy schedule. A few days later Phillip rang asking if he could come earlier I said yes perfect timing to get a job done. I have a Samsung fridge, Samsung could not help me with a seal for the door, and as a last resort I called on Philip from Seal-A-Fridge, who supplied and installed a custom made seal, at quite a reasonable price. Very happy with his work.

Outstanding service from Philip at Seal A Fridge . Trying to track down a specific freezer seal for us went out of his way to locate a part for us . We had previously tried to source ourselves .Nothing seemed to be available online and an order I Placed to an Australian website was canceled as the part was no longer available . Philip kept searching and three months later found the supplier . I was so impressed at the customer service I wanted to place this great review . Excellent to deal with .

We had an older chest freezer resealed 19 years ago and it still works as good as new, we've just had our second chest freezer resealed, great service.

I live in New Plymouth,by off chance I sent a message on Sunday.I didn't expect a reply until at least Monday.My freezer is over 40 years old.These awesome people rang me Sunday afternoon,confirmed make and model of freezer.The new seal arrived Tuesday.I installed the seal but he offered me a back up service if I had any problems.More companies would be successful if they gave the same service as these people.Again thankyou for being there for me Cheers Steve
