H.Brilliant customer service. I ordered my product online received in few days. Had a problem with the product so called the store. Spoke to the Manager and explained the problem. The problem was resolved there and then. Very knowledgeable. Very happy

The staff member who served me was very knowledgeable gave me a lot of tips how to keep the shaver clean and also recommended me shaver guard which I was not using before. A.Bit of a break down in communication which is frustrating ordered click and collect and had to ring to actually get where to pick up which was in the carpark outback which they could of said on any of the emails they sent so that was a bit of a down side but other than that it was good

W.This is a great little store for all your shaving and haircut needs. I have had a great customer service experience with the owner. Got a faulty hair cutting shaver and it was replaced at no extra cost.

S.I came here to buy a trimmer and was looked after very well by Nahayan. He recommended some sort of a spray to maintain my trimmer and beard oil to maintain my beard. Now my beard is soft & doesn't itch (Duhhh!!) And trimmer runs like a Ferrari
