Amazing experience from start to finish. We did a custom order on a bed base and frame, and Adam made it so easy. Seamless experience! Great communication, very accommodating and the final product was better than what we expected. Absolutely love it! Even the delivery experience was amazing, they use their own team rather than a hire company so the product arrived in perfect condition and the team were wonderful, very friendly, careful with going up the stairs and paintings etc. Highly recommend. We recently purchased all beds for our home from the Sleep Gallery, Parnell and We just LOVE the whole experience!! Coming into the showroom with very little information, Narae and Adam were so helpful explaining every detail to fit what we need from mattresses, base, sheets, down to duvet inners and covers. We also decided to customize our headboards and surrounds, and the color and sizes are just perfect. Definitely recommends Sleep Gallery for anyone who needs a new bed at their home, especially Tempur beds ❤️ Sleep Gallery has the most complete range of Tempur selection and the service is beyond incredible.
