Great space. Nice and clean. Plenty of options and extra services with packaging and truck for storage. Managed to fit all mums belongings in and still have a little space.

I was really happy with the service I received while moving my belongings into storage today. Pricing was also the best I could find around Auckland. Staff went above and beyond what I expected. The free truck collection service was extremely helpful, and removed a lot of stress from the move. There were blankets to protect items, and ties to secure heavy items. Delivery team were amazing. It was easy to unload at the storage facility, and there were trolleys and plenty of space to move items to the storage locker. Location is easy to get to from Auckland City. Only about 10 to 15 minutes. Sign up was quick and easy. Highly recommended.

Thank you team for helping my sister and I with everything with our move. Highly recommend to all. Not only is it so affordable but the team are so wonderful. Customer service is 5 stars here and I have found my new storage go to place. I have also recommended family to use this company. The free driver and truck service but you load and unload is awesome. Brendon at SpaceMax Self Storage has been incredible! I had been tasked with selling an old 1965 Truck and he has gone above and beyond to not only store the truck, but to also coordinate mechanical check ups etc to make my life easier. I would highly recommend anyone to store their goods, whether they are personal belongings or business, with SpaceMax. If we ever need a storage facility again, we will 100% be using SpaceMax for sure. 10/10 :)

Pretty interesting business idea. The free moving service just made life that much easier as I didn't have to find movers. They were on time and emptied my apartment in under an hour. When I got out to the facility, they showed me unit options that I could go for and after choosing, they moved everything into the storage unit for me and were pretty much done by the time I did the paperwork. Storage is storage so not much to say here. The facilities are quite new, clean and tidy. Quite secure with coded gates and cameras. No complaints. The staff are all really nice and responsive. The boss, the office manager, the moving guys, the cleaning girl I bumped into one Sunday. All just friendly, professional people. I was kinda waiting for the catch to be honest. But really the whole experience puts them at the top of my list for movers when the time comes to empty my storage. So I think the owner simply has a smart idea for cross-selling their moving services here.

Thee best storage facility I have ever used! The whole moving process was so easy and efficient, and they were extremely careful with my belongings! Unlike every other movers I've used. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and make sure you are happy with everything. The facilities themselves are really secure, clean and easy to access at any time. It's honestly a great find. Highly recommend!

Prompt contact, friendly and extremely helpful. Attention to safety procedures in order to protect us and their staff during the pick up of our belongings were appreciated, all within a turnaround of about 3 days. I highly recommend SpaceMax! price is right, service is fantastic.

Very helpful staff, well worth a visit, for your storage needs

Had to help others move fast in a day. So it was done. Though I got confused. It said included truck and 2 people. Thought the people help move but they don't, they just drive the truck and you are not allowed to jump in with them to unpack at the other end. You will have to drive to spaceman and unpack at the other end. So you need your own helpers at both ends

I went in for a quote for storage, not only were they the cheapest of 3 quotes they also provided a moving truck free for 3 hours. The office lady was so helpful and a breathe of fresh air during such a stressful time. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best no doubt, they had the coolest workers the coolest boss and most of all the best service, very easy to sort things out like truck service and made it just very simple for us. definitely would go back to them and have referred them to everyone who have been looking for storage space, thanks very much guys you are the BEST!!

Wow, that was the easiest most stress-free move I have ever made. Incredibly impressed with the staff and facilities. Big shout out to the movers themselves. They were well presented, well spoken and really respectful of my property. They even stacked it all like some elaborate jenga puzzle in my unit so I could fit way more stuff in. Thank you very much space max.

These guys are the best. When we had to move out of our house before the lockdown they were so helpful in rearranging our booking. They then turned up on the day and got everything shifted really fast. They were so pleasant and helpful. Can't recommend these guys enough. 5 star all the way.

Excellent service from admin to the movers, very friendly and helpful team. Storage facilities were just right for what I had, and was great to know I could access my stuff anytime (even though I didn't need to) but good to know the access was there if need be. We have just moved from Auckland to Wellington and used SpaceMax Self Storage for our in-between storage for several months. SpaceMax were amazing and removed much of the stress that goes with moving, including collecting our stuff and loading it into storeage for us. Chanelle at reception was tremendous; nothing was a problem even when we lost our keys. We thoroughly recommend SpaceMax !

Reasonable rates, friendly and thoughtful service, free or very competitive help to move. The storage facility is safe, clean and dry. When we moved out, everything was in the same condition we put it in 7 months earlier. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

We recently moved back from the UK and required our goods to be collected from the shipping company, stored for over a month and then delivered to our new property. From start to finish, the team at Spacemax were fantastic. From the guys that collected our shipment, to those in the office, to those that delivered the goods - they were friendly, professional, quick and efficient. We unpacked our household items yesterday and they were exactly in the same condition as when we packed them months ago. Spacemax is great value for money and we have never had a problem with any aspect of the service we received. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the team at Spacemax to anyone. Cheers guys!

I parked my car there for quite a while and decided to move up north. During my time there they were so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything was secure. After 9 months of not using their services i needed special assistance which they did not hesitate to help. They definitely are a 5 star service. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Wow! Outstanding Service! Great guys! one house lot to another house across town all by 11am way too easy / now we don't know why to do with the rest of our day, we expected it to take a day not a couple of hours!! Thanks team highly recommend such a streamlined service!!! Wonderful people to deal with, can't thank you enough!

This team goes above and beyond what is expected of them. Not only that but they are so genuinely friendly. My aunty hired the guys and the truck and she did not stop talking about them for ages. She was so touched by their kindness. They even offered to put some things in place to help her set up her house as she isnt as young and able as she used to be. The office lady always greets us with a huge smile and makes us feel at home. There is an Australian guy there sometimes (possibly the owner) even though he is an Australian he is such a caring genuine person. There are no words for how thankful I am. I highly recommend this group of amazing people to anyone and everyone who will listen. Thank you so much spacemax for all that you do.

We have found Spacemax amazing to deal with. After we were forced to leave our home temporarily we needed to find a solution quickly to store our household items Spacemax Self Storage came to the rescue , with the offer of the free truck and driver and removal was one less thing for us to have to worry about, and the great customer service and advise as to what would best suit our needs we are so pleased we chose to use Spacemax. They went above and beyond to help us in our time of need. We will be using Spacemax again in the future and highly recommend the team for ease of storage and the extra hand in moving!

I would highly recommend Spacemax. The front line staff are amazing and they are always there to help! When we moved the moving guys never damaged anything! when they dropped everything off they went above and beyond and helped lift all the heavy furniture into my property and placed it where I wanted it! Im rating Spacemax, Lincoln Rd, Henderson, 5 stars. They offered the storage space I needed at an excellent rate, and a truck with 2 young men to help me move, free for 2 hours, package deal which saved the hassal of having to muck around. Brayden and Taylor, employed by Spacemax who moved my household contents into storage were friendly and very efficient, thank you both 😂 I'm so glad I chose this croud... If the thought of moving is overwhelming, trust me, "GO WITH SPACEMAX" Thank you all very much... Too much alrite!!

Having never used a storage company before. I was unsure of what to expect. The wonderful Chanelle was extremely patient answering my questions and giving me information I was clueless about. Friendly and professional with a wining smile and greeting. The staff were amazing and basically what decided me on SpaceMax. The removal truck arrived promptly. Sikana and Junior I have no hesitation in recommending highly. These young men treated my possessions with care and respect. Packed them well and unloaded them in the same way. Both were courteous friendly and knowledgeable regarding what would fit into the unit. Thank you all for a wonderful stress free experience!
