C.I highly recommend Storage King Botany North. Mark and the team have provided excellent customer service and assisted me in choosing the appropriate size unit for my belongings. They also had boxes and other products on sale to safely protect my belongings, which was really handy. All of my belongings were kept safe and dust free and the entire facility was extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely use Storage King Botany North again. Thank you.
A.I had a fantastic experience when dealing with the team at Storage King Botany north. Everything was easy from moving in to moving out and with all the equipment on hand to borrow makes a seamless transition. The facility is immaculately maintained. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to make use of a storage facility.
A.With effect from the 21st of March, I signed up for a month's storage service at Botany North Storage King. Prior to the sign up of the Storage, Peter had provided me with the top-notch customer service and efficiently prompt support via our tele-conversation that any new customer like myself could ask for.
The emails that were sent to me by Peter were highly informative, detailed and very helpful. I find Peter to be notably patient, helpful, versatile, friendly, thoughtful, and unquestionably professional in his line of duty. He had presented to me that storage king is a trustworthy and reliable establishment. Through the few tele-interactions I had with Peter regarding my queries and concerns for the storage services, I could feel the pride and dedication Peter has for his job commitment; in addition, the amazing flair in him to establish sincere, respectful and strong rapport with customers would certainly enhance the faith that any customers would want to see in the services that they sign up for.
With my humble opinion as a customer, I see Mr Peter Limpus as an asset to Storage King - Storage King would certainly flourish as a first choice option for storage services having staff who could possess Mr Peter Limpus's calibre as a responsible, capable, dependable and inspiring team leader in his profession. Peter carries an innate quality that many could wish for but never possess-in that he is able to promote and market the services of Storage King with much needed information without being over-bearing with any of those unpleasant and aggressive hard selling sales strategies.
With everything in mind, I would be more than happy and not hesitate to highly recommend to my friends and family any of Storage King's storage services, knowing confidently that they would get trustworthy customer service and professional support that I had been assure and appreciated of as presented by Peter.
