S.I put my 55 inch TV in for repair at Teletech but it wasn't able to be repaired. Although the TV was 5 1/2 years old Teletech still passed the details to Panasonic and worked out a solution that made us very happy! Thanks Teletech, great service in a timely manner :)
g.Fault with remote control for panasonic recorder was quickly diagnosed and options available to me were clearly explained. Availability and price of replacement part was researched while I waited. Part will be ready to collect in 2 or 3 days. Efficient and thorough service from a cheerful member of staff.
J.I had my 65" panasonic tv repaired here. However it was not repairable. The company helped me with my warranty and I get a replacement. Also appreciate help me to transport the tv to my house with small fee. One small thing i suggest is to have more communication to the customer. Thanks teletech.
A.The service is okay. They took 4 weeks to repair my Panasonic Microwave as they said they didn't have the part they needed. The staff is nice and welcoming but I believe the service time should be improved.
B.I've had so many issues with my unit breaking down so many times. I've spent so much money on it from other shops but with Teletech, I always get the best price.
They take a few days to weeks to get it repaired, but they always get the job done right! Perfect place to go to for repairs
E.I brought my espresso machine there for repair. They were quite fast in fixing the issue.
After that I was still having some issues, so I brought it back there the second time. They were quite friendly and patient. They walked through it all with me and showed me what I was doing wrong.
Would definitely recommend them :)
