L.Ordered a coffee machine back in April - they were taking pre-orders for a new machine due late July. Comms were great, very responsive and kept me up to date with the order. The machine was delayed at the suppliers end for a bit, but I was kept in the loop on what was happening. Happy with the service, machine arrived well packaged. thank you!
