Just finished my laser hair removal session with Janice and she is so amazing! She is super informative and has a wealth of knowledge. Her customer service is unmatched - she made sure I was comfortable and regularly checked on me throughout the session to ensure I wasn’t in any pain or experiencing discomfort. I would highly recommend booking in with her. The laser hair removal treatment to is so much faster and painless compared to waxing or shaving. My body is practically hairless thanks to Janice and the amazing cosmetic clinic team @ botany. Thank- you Janice!!

Would highly recommend Janice for laser hair removal. She ensures that the treatment is comfortable and painless by asking throughout the treatment and also taking extra care with every step. Came in for a microderm and was treated by Emily. She was lovely and explained the process throughout my appointment as it was my first time. I had my first session with Sara Yuan at the Botany clinic today and she was amazing! I’ve had injectables with other nurses before but no one has taken the time with me like Sara did to truly explain the process and work with me on my goals and what I was looking for both short and long term. She built up a trust with me that no one else has formed and has in turn gained me as a long term client - I will 100% be visiting her in future for all of my treatments! I couldn’t recommend this clinic more. All of the staff there are super friendly and professional. Vivienne one of the registered nurses there is AMAZING! She made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure and was very gentle. She was sure to run through everything I needed to know in detail before and after the procedure. She is also just a really lovely person and I’m so happy with the results! I also had my first session of laser hair removal done by Roxi earlier this week. She is kind and easy to talk to, and again, I felt well informed about everything with the opportunity to ask questions. I would 100% highly recommend the Botany Cosmetic Clinic. The staff always look absolutely flawless & are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. I religiously see Sam for all my appointments. I had my first ever microderm and peel treatments with her and she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during the treatments. Not only is her quality of service amazing, she always looks immaculate. I’ve had such amazing results from my treatments with Sam especially when I get the micro and peel. My skin feels so clean and the size of my pores have reduced phenomenally. I’m officially addicted and ready to book in more with her.

13 May 2021 - Had another micro-needling session with Tui at Botany today. Another amazing procedure, she was very professional and friendly, running through all information I needed to know. There is now a face mask included in the procedure - This was so soothing for my skin! Jan 2021 Had a Micro-needling session two weeks ago now, and my skin really benefited from having it. Staff were amazing, procedure didn't hurt and they gave detailed information of after care as well. Highly recommend - also had laser hair removal as well, painless and over and done with super fast

I have nothing but the highest of praise for Sara Yuan and her treatment. I have recently had Dysport and my skin looks amazing. She really knows what she is doing as it is the best I have ever seen it. It is the first time I have had my forehead look smooth and refreshed and I am almost 53 - not a line in sight, where there was the look of someone always looking troubled or grumpy. But it doesn't look like I have had anything done, not one person has noticed, not even my partner who has no idea I have had anything done. I have had a lot of compliments with how happy I am looking which will be because I no longer have the deep wrinkles showing up every time I move my face. It did not hurt and I felt totally at ease. Sara is so friendly and has a lot of knowledge and able to answer all of my questions. We have a plan in place that suits me and my budget, but the ability to use Oxipay makes it all easy anyway. I have also started micro-needling and although I have only had one treatment, I can already feel a difference. I am feeling so confident, I haven't worn make up for over a week. I am also loving the skin care products I have purchased. I now feel in control of my skin, rather than my skin controlling me. Thank you to Sara especially.

This place is the best. I went in here to get a 10 step microdermabrasion . It was my first time so I was a bit hesitant, however Raman made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. She explained each step really well and why they did each step and gave perfect after care tips. My skin felt so fresh and clean after my treatment and had a lovely glow. A week after my treatment my skin looked brighter and smoother. Would definitely recommend the cosmetic clinic at botany as it is affordable and worth it 😀. I also had laser done today by Raman. The treatment was quick and pain free. I really like the balense recovery cream as it keeps the area cool and stops the skin from becoming more irritated . Will definitely consider getting laser on other areas too.

Tee is the best! I started off with syliva park branch before as the botany stores wasn't established. Syliva park was shocking, never took my laser treatment's seriously. It was horrible. My self esteem had plummeted lately due to aging. I had been negative about others having injectables because to be honest I was envious that they looked good and I didn't think I could have the same result (I'm 52). I had been eyeing up the new Botany clinic and thought I'd give it a try. After having lips, cheeks and a spot of (what we commonly know as botox), I feel really lifted up. It looks natural and achieved what I wanted - to still look relevant for my age but refreshed and smoother. The staff are amazing - while waiting they checked I was ok and the nurse who did the treatment made me feel like a friend. She gave me lots of information and put me at ease. She was very strategic with planning her work and took the time to ensure it would all look right. I am honestly so happy and have no regrets. It's been worth every penny spent and the odd ouch from a needle. I'm converted, my self esteem is lifted and now I'm back into the gym to get my health back on track. My family noticed something different when they first saw me and when I told them what I'd had done and we looked at before photos, we really realised how great the new work looked. I'm thrilled to have Botany TCC so close to me in my neighborhood and they will be an ongoing part of my life and part of my "taking care of me" routine. Because I am worth it - which is something I was not believing.
