Highly recommend this clinic. Service galore from booking an appointment to an excellent pampering, thumbs up!!! I had a microdermabrasion with Hayley, who is very expert in her field. She kindly answered all my inquiries about their services and gave me great understanding how to take care of my skin, she’s very professional -many thanks again:) I left the clinic very happy as my skin feels so soft and exfoliated. By the way their prices are very competitive too. Am so excited to book my next visit. Definitely a GEM in the city!

I was referred by my friend and went for microdermabrasion and absolutely loved the experience. Sue is the best !! She is very polite and kind. She helped me in understanding my skin and how i can improve and get the best results. I got 2 micro-needling sessions done and sue has made me feel relaxed and comfortable during the sessions. But she made me comfortable and she made sure that I was comfortable with the settings and it's not hurting. The session was nearly painless although initially it was stinging but Krista eases the session with the cold air and perfect setting afterwards.I highly recommend the Queen street clinic . I had a lovely micro-needling treatment with Mio, she started from full observe consultation, then perform the facial very professionally. It was my first micro-needling treatment, so I was a bit nervous about the procedure and post care, Mio explained every details and kept checking my skin throughout the facial. What a fab new clinic right in the centre of town - so convenient. Loved the results of my micro-needling treatment. It was my first time and I was unsure of what to expect. The treatment started with a full observation consultation, followed by the needling. Admittedly I found it quite painful but the results have been amazing. Hi I already had a laser treatment in cosmetic clinic and the result was fabulous. I planned to have a skin treatment done for me and for my husband, so we booked a consultation session with Sue to know what treatment is best for our skin. To speak about the session, Sue suggested microneedling for both of us, since I have already done laser in cosmetic clinic I know they will do the best but since it was new for my husband he felt nervous but after Sue explained each and every process of the treatment steps in detail, and patiently answering all the questions that my husband asked, he was so much happy and he booked the treatment sessions immediately. Bought a laser hair removal package for under-arm + Brazilian + half leg and only cost $900 (half price promotion at that time)😆😆😆 Valid for 12 treatments within 18 months. However it can’t be used at every branch. This branch is very new and clean. Special thanks to the staff Mio. She is very professional and friendly. She gave me a squeezing toy to comfort me and pat my leg when she noticed I was nervous because the pain. Today is my second time to do the treatment. It’s more painful than the first time.
