It was my first laser treatment experience! Lady from the reception was super nice and lovely, she answered all my questions and helped to book an appointment. The next day I met Same lady named Chloe she was wonderful, understanding, professional and supportive. I didn’t feel anything! It was so quick too! Thank you! Love this clinic! All the team have wonderful customer service and take the time to greet you on arrival. I always visit Annika for my laser, she is so lovely. Regularly checked up on me throughout the process and was very thorough. She is just amazing, so kind, thorough and knowledgeable.

I come to this clinic for both laser hair removal and micro needling. Have had amazing experiences with both treatments but the micro needling has really done wonders for my skin and is a stand out treatment. My therapist Pank has always been informative with the requirements of prepping my skin and the aftercare instructions to ensure I can get the best results possible. Having someone who talks you through every step really does make all the difference!

I got the 10 step microdermabrasion, I've been there 5 times now and my skin texture has improved so much. I've got adult acne and I usually have to take medication for it, but I had to stop because it dries me out. So I bought the 10 step microdermabrasion when it was half price and I definitely feel like I've got my money's worth. So happy with my skin and the people there are so lovely, friendly and very informative as well. I learned a lot about what vitamins and skincare that will improve my skin

I went for my first time to Pankti at the cosmetic clinic Manukau Mall. I have very fair skin with 100's of sun spots and scars. pankti was incredibly professional, friendly, and worked really hard. Her work ethic is top notch and I felt she wanted to do her best for me. I'm thrilled with my results and will be back!! I’ve been coming to Manukau Cosmetic Clinic for treatments for nearly two years now, and Atishma has been my technician for over a year. Atishma makes me feel so comfortable, especially doing lazer treatments in an area which woman can be quite embarrassed about. From day one when Atishma became my technician I’ve been so comfortable and feel like it’s a catch up with an old friend. She talks to me during the lazer treatment so it’s not an awkward silence and also so you don’t think too much about what’s happening. Atishma remembers conversations we’ve had 6-8 weeks from our last, which is so rear, and makes Atishma such an amazing technician to her clients. My growth was still showing after a few treatments but after the consultation with Atishma, I had the amazing result. She's friendly and professional. She made sure that I am happy with the results. The staff is usually very polite. I would definitely recommend them! . . Laser hair removal was in my bucket list since so long and I've got the best deal at the right time at this clinic. Not only they have best affordable price but the staff has amazing attitude to deal with the clients. Since first encounter, I have regreted my choice to pay for their service. When I booked the appointment I was greeted unprofessionally. The two people behind the counter were chatting carelessly - showing no interest in my presence + were unknowing of how to book my appointment (do their job correctly) The second encounter was over the phone, after multiple calls i was not being listened too. Disregarding what I was trying to say and not treating me like a paying customer. The tone of the opperators voice sounded like she was angry from the time she pick up the phone to when it was over. At the time of my appointment it was 15minutes late and it seemed as if nobody cared - I was not approached or told. I had to go up and ask how much longer until my appointment. The particular concern was because my appointment was due to run before close of shop - they were late and therefore gave me what felt like a half arse, rushed job. The whole experience has been unprofessional and rookie. If I could give half a star rating... I would. Edit: Today I went in to have my microdermabrasion again done by Shanice. I couldn't of had a better experience. She was very professional and also very welcoming. Shanice had lots of experience and I could tell by how she took my appointment. She told me about my skin, what products and procedures would help with my problem areas. I felt very taken care of with the amount of effort and time she took with my microdermabrasion. Sorry @cosmeticClinic. I have rectified the previous rating as it is not fair for the service cosmetic clinic provides. However your policies are just NOT customer friendly. At least not for me. I have to make an appointment for 6 weeks away and definitely cannot predict the outcome of the day after 6 weeks and some things are more important than my appointment at cosmetic clinic. Because of this I have lost 3 services which I had already paid for. So I urge customers to PLEASE read terms and conditions before you sign up as you end up losing a lot of money and no service if you cancel the same day as they require 24 HRS of notice. Apart from that, the service is good and they have taken care of me when I was there. I stand by my rating for this place to be 4/5 as I was spoken to RUDELY when I made changes to my appointment (I was upset I was losing my prepaid appointment for nothing).

Had a great service by Atishma, I have had 3 laser treatments done so far, 1st went really good, 2nd treatment was done couple of weeks ago which gave me really bad skin reaction, n became worst over 2-3 days but got better by the 7th-8th day. Even thou all post laser instructions were followed. I was really scared to attend my 3rd appointment but was assured that this shouldn't happen again. No issues with the service provided by Atishma but my 3 stars is only because no one could give me a satisfying answer as to why my skin reacted the way it did. I had taken photos n emailed them as well. Let's hope that was a one off reaction.

I always had thick and dark hair especially over my upper lip, chin and my legs 🙄. I remember very well that i was always embarrassed of the thick hair growth over my leg especially when i was in high school. As much as i love to attend PE classes, i would try to skip it so that i dont have to show my legs (even if i shaved.. my razor bumps and thick hair would stick out😞). However my chills had seeped back despite the great service I had already received - I couldn't afford Botox (Dysport), could I? But what a surprise, injectables are really quite affordable - it's not a dinner at a fast food joint, more splashing out for a three course meal at your favourite posh restaurant, but still affordable and totally worth the meal, I mean money.
