L.Hello, Vivo Salon first of all I’m your new customer. I just want to say thank you and shout out to my lovely hairdresser Jenny Park. She made me gorgeous and young to my hair she’s amazing and very professional. She know what good for you and giving a good advance on how to take care of my hair. I can say that Jenny Park is one of your asset and best employee on tryout business. She know how to make customer happy and satisfied. I really love her idea and she make an extra mile to her customer asking for a hot and cold drinks. To feel not bored and she’s very hospitable and kind person. I’m looking forward to be your regular customer and she got my trust to your salon specially to my hairdresser Jenny Park.

E.Friendly atmosphere and skilled stylists. I am super happy with the Kerasilk Treatment I received, my hair was coarse and unruly prior to the treatment and weeks on it is soft, smooth and very manageable.

My hair always looks amazing when I leave the salon and what's even better is she gives me tips to keep it looking good when I'm at home. J.Cowan fixed my botched balayage!!!! He did an AMAZING job, I was so shocked how well he fixed it and made it look how I actually wanted it in the beginning! 100% recommend !
H.Cannot recommend this salon highly enough! I saw Cowan to transition my hair from platinum blonde to a more lived in brunette-blonde colour. My hair was extremely damaged and I thought it was too far gone to ever look great again. Rest assured, Cowan is extremely professional and understood exactly what I wanted. He was extremely prompt, professional, and made it look amazing while not further damaging my hair and keeping what little integrity it had left.
The icing on the cake is that him and his colleague Tyler are SO friendly and our conversations made my day that much brighter. If you're after an absolutely amazing new hair colour alongside a friendly chat with the stylists, I couldn't recommend them enough. Thanks guys, you rock!
S.Vivo Fanshaw St is beautifully presented, clean and relaxing and Cowan is beyond wonderful. He redid my keratin treatment after an unsuccessful attempt at vivo ponsonby and not only his work was flawless but also he is very professional, super smart and talented and takes client needs seriously. I truly enjoyed my experience today and my hair is looking great .
S.Vivo hairsalon: My wife's fave fave place to go to for anything for hair. They have a new swanky hairsalon in the West Plaza building, 3 Albert St, opposite PWC bldg. Its modern, spacious, clean, and you are greeted with a beautiful smile from gorgeous Tyler 😍😊. They have many online and grabone deals to suit all budget. Highly recommend to have an amazing experience with very friendly and polite staff, you will not be disappointed 🥰🥰 Thnx Tyler for always giving the best hairstyles for my beautiful wife 🤩🤩😍

If you want to feel a million bucks while getting fabulous service and getting looked after by someone who knows his stuff then Vivo Albert St is the place to go. Everyone was so sweet and Peter was just lovely. I have had so many bad experiences with salons and was nervous as I was having my hair lightened but this was a rare occasion where I left the salon with hair exactly as I imagined it going in. Thank you so much for pampering me and making me love my hair again. All the best and I cannot wait to pop in again. Could not recommend this place enough! X

a.After being unhappy with my haircut and color from a different Vivo salon, I was kindly offered a free appointment and so I decided to come here to the CBD Vivo salon. It was a great decision, the staff were very friendly and they really listened to what I wanted. It was reassuring to see that my hairdresser actually worked with the manager in order to get the best result for me, and I'm happy with what has been done.

The girl (Carmen) which did my hair was absolutely lovely , answered tons of my questions and was overall very friendly and professional.
Adam (sorry if I got the name wrong?) gave my hair a quick dry to not leave me with soaking wet hair (free of charge) eventhough I decided against the blow-dry service - Thanks for that ! I was being a little bit of a pain in regards to the pricing (on a budget) but they answered my questions and made sure to only cover what I asked for. This has been my first hair dresser visit in 4+ years and I was so satisfied with the result.

M.I arrived at Vivo Albert Street for the first time with a mountain of unruly hair that had a patchy colour job as a result of a bad experience at another (non-Vivo) salon. I was placed into the hands of the extremely capable and knowledgeable Cowan. Cowan tackled my colour with exemplary insight and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I subsequently returned multiple times for colours, cuts and blowdrys, and experienced exceptional, professional service every single time. Cowan is so warm, friendly and easy to talk to, and Peter, the salon manager, dispenses wise advice. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough!
