Great customer service and product range. We were so well looked after by Kareen. Had some delivery delays due to covid and Xmas period, but everything got here eventually and we were notified throughout. Love our new beds and bedroom furniture. Thanks guys.

We ordered and paid Silver Fern Kingsize from Henderson branch two days ago . We popped in Mt Wellington branch for a King size headboard and happened to find the silver fern bed on extra discount for Black Friday Sale. The team in Mt Wellington was taking initiatives to make the calls to resolve sale price differences , organize headboard from Henderson branch and refund sale price differences toward our headboard. They didn’t get any sales from us and they didn’t sell the bed to us from the beginning but all the customer care we have received is from them. If I could buy the bed again, I would go to Mt Wellington branch first.

We had purchased a super king mattress from Waitemata Backcare Beds in Mt. Wellington only months before, when we had to change as a result of an accident to adjustable single beds. We would like to thank Sanjay for his effort to help us with the changeover within days. Most appreciated.

I needed a simple mattress that provides good back support, within a budget. Looked around and came across Waitemata Backcare. What a lucky find! Sanjay was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable about mattresses and not only helped me find just the right mattress, and also gave me good advice on bed set up and sorted me out with affordable delivery in the weekend. Very accommodating and professional team from point of sale to delivery, and the mattress has been fantastic - I felt the difference from the first night, and after more than a week I just love my new mattress! Thanks very much Sanjay and team, I’m sure will see you again in the future :)

Fantastic customer service and range of beds. Wayne knows what he's talking about. we are going to come back and buy the bed we tried. After 3 hours of looking at all the bed shops in the area we spent a good hour here sharing our needs and discussing our options. Cannot get over how passionate Wayne is about people's sleep and back care. he really understands how important a good bed is and the prices are really good for the bed you are getting. have recommended to family and friends already.

This is the second time we have been to Waitemata Backcare Beds in Mt. Wellington. The service we have received both times has been more than a five-star rating. Both Stacy and Wayne are wonderful and knowledgable and take the time to talk as if we were old friends and it is no trouble to get on the phone if they are unsure of something. We would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting that extra service that goes above and beyond. We also think Stacy should get a fuel card as she has to travel from West Auckland to get to work.

Stacey and Sanjay are such a fantastic team! From the moment we walked in the store we felt welcomed and knew we were in the right place. Their knowledge and passion for beds was invaluable. We feel confident, with their help, we have made the right decision. We managed to find everything under one roof! Bed, base, drawers, blanket box......the lot. We couldn't be happier and can't recommend them enough. No "high pressure" sales tactics just good honest people selling a superior product. Thanks Stacey and Sanjay!!!

I have had my new bed for 4 weeks now. The service here was excellent. The bed i bought is the ultimate. We cant believe the difference its made to our sleep. Cant say enough about this store.

Great price, much lower than the place across the street 😉 and they were able to deliver on the same day where the other guys told me it would be two weeks! Also, I got to meet these guys!

Excellent service and VERY competitive prices, bought two mattresses from this shop within 12 months. they now have their own truck so delivery will be even more efficient!
