K.Really good working space with an excellent cafe attached . Individual offices rather than common work space. Has a great feel to the location. Costs were quoted as yearly CAPEX plus monthly OPEX.
S.Little Merchant's coffee inside B18 Studio's is very good (especially enjoyed my chai latte). Scrumptious caramel oaty slice too. Friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.
