We have had a great experience buying our beds at Bedworld. Mark was very helpful, not at all pushy. We were able to browse and try the beds at leisure. We highly recommend Bedworld, you are treated with friendliness, respect and all of our questions were able to be competently answered. The delivery was very prompt. The beds and bedheads proved to be great value for money, offering supreme comfort. The prices were very good and service second to none.

Since June, I've been liaising with Mark from Bedworld regarding a specific mattress for my mum. From the get-go Mark has been such a pleasure to deal with, prompt responses and displayed great knowledge when assisting me regarding an obsolete model with adjustable base. Just an all around bloke! A++++ highly recommend (:

We bought a very comfy NZ made bed and mattress from Mark for our new house It vas the best value for that combo in Christchurch, we checked each shop before. The delivery was on time, the whole sale was well managed from the first moment we stepped in to the shop to the delivery. I'm glad we found this place. We love our bed. We are sleeping like babies in their Beautyrest black range bed. One of the best decisions we make is to by a Beautyrest black range bed.

Excellent service over a number of years. I have shopped here for electric beds several years ago, and again recently for a mattress. Mark went out of his way to recommend a product that would suit my needs, was easy to communicate with both on-line and in person, and proved efficient and professional in his service. He is a good listener so that I felt I was getting what I wanted rather than being sold just anything in store. Delivery and installation went smoothly and as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending Bedworld Christchurch unreservedly.

Great service, we found a bed and with their advice we decided to get a better quality than we expected. Only a week after getting a new bed, we are still getting used to it, feels a little bit harder than what we thought, but hopefully we will love it with the time.

We bought 5 years ago from bedworld an adjustable bed and I required a couple of spares. Dana & Mark have been very helpful - and I got them for free! Great customer service with a smile ... highly recommended

The staff at Bedworld were fantastic in helping me find a new bed. After suffering from back pain whilst sleeping, I was shown a range of options to suit my needs and price range. They helped me find the perfect bed and have had no trouble since. I was also able to purchase new linen from the range of options they stock. Bedworld were able to delivery and help set up my new bed too, which was a fantastic option to have available. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bedworld to my friends and family. I didn't realize that you sold beds!! Must say I was very impressed with the various options, soft medium & hard. Something to please everyone especially as I was guaranteed a "Good Night's Sleep" Also your pillows are Fabulous. Bedworld has to be the one stop shop for all your bedroom needs. Bedworld is definitely the place I recommend you visit FIRST if your looking for the latest in bed, mattress and pillow options in Christchurch. The impressive variety of the product ranges to suit all budgets (high end to affordable), plus the relaxed showroom environment means you will feel comfortable and confident with any purchases. Having visited a few of the other Christchurch bedding retailers for comparison on product deals, value for money and service I was surprised to find the best and most outstanding personal service was to be found at this local Canterbury family owned business. Not only were the staff extremely knowledgeable and informative, so that I felt unpressured and decisive in my choice, but what I appreciated most was the follow up after sales service that gave me confidence in Bedworld. I love supporting local Canterbury business.

This company was a pleasure to deal with, they went beyond reasonable expectations to deliver parts for my bed which was not made or sold by them. And then when to extra lengths to ship them too me, I'm extremely happy and would not hesitate to go to them again.

I love the website, super easy to maneuver and I've already picked out a bunch of new beds! The dimension drawings are helpful. I know they were at the recent Star Home & Leisure show as well.

I would definitely recommend Bedworld. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They provided me with exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic price. Nothing was too much trouble for them which I really appreciated.

I thought it was great seeing Bed World at the Star Home & Leisure Show , I particularly like the way they had every thing spread out, you could quite easily look at all the beds and try them and they weren't lost in the crowed like many other stands.

Hey you guys have lots of beds. Would have seen you at the Home Show and understand it to have been the best display of beds at the show. Awesome stuff and a great place to lie back, kick back and take a break! :)
