A.Cool to have another performance venue in Christchurch with an interesting theater. Would love to see a wider range of beverages and some lower priced food items $18 for deep fried pickles is a bit of a joke.
D.My favourite little theatre. Hosts a wide variety of shows. Small and intimate with affordable ticket prices and no added fees. If you are looking for a fun night out in CHCH you can’t go past a Little Andromeda show.
N.What an amazing space! I've never seen interperative dancing before and it was quite the experience that I am unable to put into words. A cosy and intimate spot with a range of events on. Well worth a visit.

Amazing venue for something temporary! Great food and great shows (at least the 4 I've seen so far have been awesome)! There's also a ballin waffle truck, and if you need a breather, the new library's just across the road. I wish it was a permanent arts space.

P.The Theatre it self was fine- but being hushed from the young woman at the bar while waiting with a drink between shows was over the top in no uncertain terms- not that I was loud. Was I a child for goodness sake! What she could/should have said, with a smile, I might add, in a quiet voice to explain a show was going and would I mind lowering my voice and others congregating.

E.What a great venue. I go there for poetry events, and I'm always impressed by the welcome the poetry crowd gets. Poets expect very little, and LA over-delivers. Deffo go to Ray Shipley's late night poetry hours, if you get a chance.
S.Very cramped inside. Seats need another inch between them. Made for a very uncomfortable sitting experience, squeezed between thighs and buttcheeks and shoulders in a hot, airless place.
Basically, unless you're both a size 0, you will be touching your neighbours, constantly, for the duration of the play.
It's a great creative enterprise and I <3 what they are doing for the Arts in Chch - but even the best performance is ruined by restless leg syndrome!
Maybe remove one seat per row and adjust space accordingly?
Also, ushers need to help usher people out the theatre as well - including making sure that exits are open BEFORE the audience leaves. We all got trapped in a bottleneck, because the foyer doors were shut tight.
That's why 3 Stars - too claustroprobic. Fix the seating (-1) and the exits (-1) and it's a 5.
